WoW!!! Where to start?!? Paul and Nicki are the owners/hosts and they are just brilliant. Attentive, helpful, funny, and a blast to talk to. We had many questions on where to tour and they gave us endless recommendations and advice, all of which were spot on. Nicki makes home made cakes for you to enjoy while you are there. The room itself was large, well appointed, and comfy. But the best part of the inn was the library. It was like your own large living room at home. Complete with books, games, and a bar! breakfast was the best we had in England. And it was always served with a smile! We loved it so much , we actually booked an additional night. The inn is ideally located. Just off the main street through town but less than 5 minute walk to all the pubs, shops and restaurants.

Made to feel very welcome on our arrival. Shown to our room and shown the excellent coffee/tea making space downstairs which, as well as all you needed to make drinks, also housed a tin of home made scones, butter and home made raspberry jam! Delicious! There is a sitting room with cosy fire and TV for guests use. The house and our bedroom benefited from wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was superb. We wished we could have stayed longer

Welcoming and friendly hosts, spacious clean room, shower with good pressure water, quiet and peaceful two nights, breakfast with delicious and beautifully served 'starters' - fresh fruit salad and poached pears. Access to kitchenette, outdoors seats with blankets available to relax with a book. Amazing views.

Pat was a great host.....very welcoming, always positive; we missed meeting Anna ! Breakfast was fabulous, lot of space for parking, small pantry outside room was a great facility; so peaceful and beautiful and yet could reach other places to sightsee in 20--40 mins.... highly recommended

Superb hosts, friendly & attentive. Breakfast option is the best I've ever seen, fresh fruit, homemade breads/scones, followed by hot breakfast options. We had the use of a small kitchen area with microwave tea and coffee etc, & freshly made cakes were available 😋 Large comfortable room, with a sofa, clean & very presentable. Good signposting to accomdoation & a 5 minute drive to the sea.

A generous breakfast with delicious home baked bread and scones that set me up for the day, stunning views in a tranquil location. Had the best nights sleep ever in an uber comfy bed. A great place to rest your mind and soul.

Superb breakfast included and the owners were very warm and helpful. The countryside is absolutely gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable.

Small bathrooms and easy to hit your head, but that's what you get for en suite bathrooms in a place like this!

Anna and Paddy went out of there way to make us comfortable. The breakfasts were fantastic, with homemade bread, scones and jams. Our room was well apportioned and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The quiet country setting was amazing.

Anna and Paddy were really helpful hosts and we loved staying at their B&B. The room was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was gorgeous and very fresh! The B&B is very close to Ballymaloe House and there are a number of local taxis that we could use to get back from the wedding we attended. It is also very easy to get to Ballycotton and Midleton from this house. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to stay in this area stay in Sunville!

Anna and Paddy were lovely, couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Lovely cake and scones were left out for us every day. It's a lovely place to take a family, homely and very clean. The fresh fruit salad and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a delicious start to breakfast. My kids don't eat cooked breakfast and on the second morning Anna offered and made them pancakes, they were delighted. I had the full Irish with sourdough toast and again it was delicious. Anna and Paddy were very friendly without being intrusive. I would highly recommend this B&B. It's only five minutes drive from a beach and a fabulous cliff walk.
