We did not have breakfast but the bar area was great for working (I'm a writer) in the morning and grand for a night cap before bed. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend REZz to anyone. Sure, the room was small, but it was spotless. Who wants to hang around in the room all day?

The only thing that was unpleasant was the construction noise and there is nothing REZz can do about that. In the hall ways . There was the smell of cigarette smoke, but that came from the outside, but again, there is nothing that REZz can do about people smoking on the street.

Great price for city centre. Compact rooms, but comfortable beds, and space under the bed for cases etc. so not as squished as I was expecting.

The bar area on the bottom level was really cool, and the building itself is incredibly walkable to many things, including the train/bus (this helped with saving money on cabs). Also, being able to do a small amount of laundry during our stay was incredibly helpful.

The room we had for our stay was a bit small for 2 people to stay in. With each of us having larger suitcases, we had to take turns opening up them up and pulling things out. One person had to stay on the bed while the other person packed/unpacked.

Nice sized TV, could open windows enough that it wouldn't get over heated. Shower was nice, if a little small. Pillows and blanket were high quality. TV a nice size and nice options with it.

The room was miniscule, which I know is the gimmick, but quality shouldn't suffer as a result andI feel it did a bit with the ensuite. A small table wouldnt have cramped up the room with a little reading material about the hotel. From posters I knew there was a coffee and food option but didn't know where to get it from. From signs I knew there was kettle facilities on some floors (not mine) but nothing beyond that. I didn't try to connect to the wifi but if I did, I wouldn't have known pass, if there was one. All this could've been solved with a laminated pamphlet left in the room. Just an idea for the future.

Lovely room, large TV, overall it's small but functional and comfy. Bathroom was tiny so if you're claustrophobic this might not be the place for you. The reception area and the receptionist herself was lovely and welcoming. Also the view of the city was absolutely gorgeous, big windows.

Tiny bathroom - my knees were hitting the door when I closed the bathroom door, so not good for claustrophobia. Also my two friends dropped me back to my room and while waiting for a cab to come take them home (instead of ordering one on the street in the dark) someone knocked on my door and told us that they had to leave? Which was bizarre and a little rude.

Great location, everything was nice and clean! And a comfortable bed was everything we needed after a long day of hiking. Breakfast was ok but not many things to choose from.

The room was bit too small for how much we paid

Location was excellent with a few minutes walk to traditional music bars and the train and bus stations close as well. A few minutes walk from the city centre in a street packed with great bars and cafe's. No noise could be heard in the hotel in the evening. Try the Sin'e Bar for live music starting at 6.30pm to midnight every night. Next door is the Corner House with live music from 8.00pm. Both bars had up to 8 musicians playing at one time on a variety of instruments.

A modern hotel which was very clean and had good staff. Single room very small with some gymnastics to get into the comfortable bed. Everything was of a good standard besides. No room for a wardrobe so hanging things on a coat hook was the only option. Toiletries provided but no drinking cup. Shower was excellent.

The location is very accessible from everywhere, although not a good place for a fine sleep after a tiring day since it was very noisy. I liked the staff in the night-shift, they were great, polite and helpful. The bar was fantastic, it was not crowded and I could have a fine evening without loud people and music with my partner and friend. The rooms are very new refurbished, super clean, and minimal, you only need to know that they are super tiny rooms beforehand and not raise your expectations; if you want to spend a lot of time in your room and care about the sizes of your place it's not a choice for you.

I didn't like the choices for their breakfast and the fact that it wasn't free for guests. I didn't like the noises around, I woke up a couple of times very early in the morning, which is BTW not the facilities fault. I think it's a bit overpriced.

This location offers a fun and stylish alternative for travelers seeking unique experiences and modern accommodations. The rooms are small, but comfortable, and the hotel is very explicit about the limited space. They more than make up for it with a great bar, modern amenities, and close proximity to trains, buses, and some of the best restaurants and performing arts in Cork.

Travelers should be prepared to spend most of their time outside of their room, particularly if they are traveling with more than one person. There is limited space and do not necessarily accommodate for desks or additional seating areas.

We had an 'accessible' room which had a large bathroom to give us some extra space. The rooms were definitely compact but we expected that, and the location was great. Breakfast was basic take out but good value.

We were prepared for it to be a bit louder than other places based upon the previous reviews, but were quite surprised to hear all the unloading noises for stocking the bar in the very early morning (5am or so). The lamps in the room needed maintenance, and another towel or two and a hook or rack by the sink for towels and toiletries would have been nice since there was plenty of room.
