Excellent breakfast, great restaurant, world class.The property and environs are stunning, beautiful golf course, castle, great facilities for kids. Pool is a good size, accessible and well maintained and spa area very decent and spotless. Staff helpful with all enquiries. Would recommend it as a wedding venue, catering well organized and very nice ballroom and garden. Suitability for touring and business groyps is high for same reasons.

Location a bit challenging for public transit but still possible. Rooms a little small, but nice. Careful with privacy as windows are full length and at ground level, pros n cons! Evening entertainment bordered on cheesy.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, and great location. Great stuff for kids mini golf, play zone, pool, cinema, and outdoor slide. The best service in any hotel we have ever stayed in, the food was excellent and really good value for money. The staff were so friendly and my baby daughter gave them loads of smiles.

A little bit noisy at times, floorboards newd to be changed under carpet as u can hear kids running up and down the collidor plus we had very noisy people above us.

Didn’t have breakfast. The eve we arrived which was quite late due to a flight delay, I had ordered some Appetizers, so when we arrived it was all served to us. It was such a lovely display of food. It was so nicely presented. The bar staff were so helpful & accommodating. It really made our experience a very happy occasion. I highly recommend The Inn At Dromoland. It is also so convenient & close To Shannon Airport. Thank you for your excellent care.

Nothing everything was BRILLIANT

spacious & well kept- grounds & proximity to Castle were a bonus- Deer on the hotel lawn at nighttime

we were told breakfast was until 10am- very early in my opinion for w’ends- also we arrived for brekkie at 9.55 on the 1st morning & felt lucky to get food as everything was removed from the buffet area by 10:15- if I had been slow eating my cereal I feel I would have missed my cooked breakfast. very rushed. great selection and great quality but needs to be a bit more flexible for people on hols & especially at w’ends. as a wedding venue 11am would be appreciated by overnight guests.

Kids indoor play area was excellent, bar was lovely. Hotel is in a lovely location and overall is very clean and meets 3 stars generously.

Pool changing area needs upgrading and pool area in general could do with some updating. Signs to the kids play area need to be visible once you get outside. Staff organisation could be better at dinner in the bar as we were waiting a long time for service and there seemed to be plenty of staff around.

I loved the staff in this hotel .very nice to us and made us feel welcome and helped us with any queries. The young kids had a brilliant time and wanted to stay longer. Rooms where cleaned every day was very happy . We will be back

Only thing I noticed was so areas where a bit run down or needed a bit of tlc and maybe a paint job here and there

Very comfy relaxing hotel , staff couldn't be nicer , issue with rooms when we arrived, but it was sorted within minutes. Great for kids

The leisure centre , the pool area , is so bad, surprised health and safety hasn't shut it down dirty and in such a bad state of repair. We were actually shocked. But staff were lovely with kids

The room was comfortable and the bed was cosy

The fact that if you go down to the dining room after 9 there are no pastries available, which is the one thing that my grand daughter loves, you need to keep some back for the later breakfast sitting as those people are also paying full price for a breakfast

Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable, well maintained. Staff were genuinely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was uncomfortably warm. Had to keep the window open (-1 outside) having said that, I'm sure if I had said something it would have been rectified. I didn't mention it as it was very late and I didn't want to disturb anyone. It wouldn't put me off staying again, I will just mention it next time.

Great location for a wedding at the Castle - a very short walk away, lovely bar, lovely and helpful staff and great food.

Terrible WiFi. Can’t say this strongly enough - this severely impacted our being able to check-into our flight, and send emails on time. terrible phone coverage too. This should really be looked at. Also, the key cards kelts being cancelled at random which is not great when you’re coming home from a great Irish wedding!
