The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had at a hotel and the 1-bedroom apartment was beautifully laid out. We loved the little kitchen and fireplace. The pool had an epic view and with two hot tubs we were able to shuffle our kids out of people's business. They upgraded us too which made a big impression right off the bat. When I did yoga the rug smelled pristine! We also loved the Dubh Linn restaurant on the ground floor, and were impressed that our servers were actually from Ireland.

The only con was perhaps no fan in the bathroom, and the bathroom lighting had one choice which was super bright. A dimmer option for evening or middle of night would be even better.

The studio/suite had everything you could possibly need with a fully equipped kitchen, large comfy bed, two tv’s with google chromecast, complimentary robes & slippers and so much more. Location was great, we were within walking distance to all of the shops & restaurants in Whistler Village. Walking distance to Lost Lake & Green Lake. The hot tubs are great, especially after a long day of walking!

Our whole experience was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, exceptional room with wonderful views. The location was perfect for exploring the shops, bars, and restaurants. Even made use of the pool and hot tubs. We had a relaxing time during our stay.

There was construction work going on at the Fitzsimmons chairlift, which started at 8 am, so was woken up by clanging, but it was also interesting to watch how quickly things were taking shape.

Wow - what a great value stay. Travelling in the off season (late October) when no lifts are open, we got a really great deal for a lovely 2 bedroom suite with views. Beds were very comfortable. We walked to Lost Lake, enjoyed browsing the shops and village and made full use of the jacuzzi and pool in the Autumn sun and relaxed after 3 days in the City. Loved it. Can recommend the cakes at PureBread in the village.

The studio room we stayed in was on the top floor (Level 8), so very quiet. Kitchen was very well equipped with full size oven and a dishwasher. Liked that the hotel put on free nibbles and a drink every evening. Outdoor spa pools were great. Ski locker area worked well. Best of all was the location close to the lifts - about as close as you can get.

Some friends of ours were in a studio on level 2 and complained about the noise from the adjacent outdoor bars and restaurants.

The best, friendliest staff all around. Great location, great facilities, just easy going with basically everything.

On one of the days we were out from early morning until 4pm. At 4pm, as soon as we arrived, the cleaners asked if we wanted our room serviced. We said no but in reality we were exhausted and didn’t want to leave the room again. Maybe this wasn’t anyone’s fault but we just felt annoyed.

Studio room is a good size for our small family. Beds are comfy. Kitchen size is good. Hotel is right next to the mountain, which is perfect.

Unfortunately, when we opened the pull out bed (couch), the sheets did not seem changed so we had to call for someone to change the sheets. As he was changing them, we found a small pebble in the bed as well. That being said, they did quickly change it and the next day, the hotel sent us a bottle of wine which was a very nice gesture.

We had a great suite overlooking the pool and mountains. We heard very little noise and the mattress & pillows were the best and most comfortable we had ever known for a hotel.

That you had to pay to watch movies and listen to music. I think the fact that Pan Pacific is a big company, there must be a way that at least one TV and music channel could be available as part of the package.

Our one bedroom suite was beautifully appointed and smelled fresh and clean upon entry. The king bed was very comfortable and the sheets of a very high quality. All interactions with hotel staff were pleasant. We stayed in the height of summer during a heatwave. The A/C worked well and kept the room comfortable. In winter the gas fireplace would be lovely to use.

Nothing negative to comment on.

Here in September so not ski season but would be amazing location for the slopes hope to be back in season! Location is great and beds were so comfy!

I don't understand the way beds are made in Canada, if you move to much in your sleep the raw duvet is exposed which isn't washed in between guests, there was a blood mark on it!! So we just used the sheets and removed the duvet.
