The room was clean, the beds comfortable, wi-fi was good, tv had plenty of channels. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast fare, but choices were okay. The location was great for the Williams Car Show we were attending.

The was no chair to sit in other than the desk chair. one person has to lie on the bed, while the other gets the desk chair. The was plenty of room for a smallish club chair or recliner. The only other complaint was the pillows were way too firm. With four pillows on the bed, make two of them soft.

A very good room, very large, very clean, everything working, and an excellent location. Not just close (1 hour drive) to the Grand Canyon, but the city itself was a very good unexpected surprise. A "frontier town" style, but with all amenities, we ended up strolling and shopping in it, although we though it would just be a stop for a night. An excellent value for the money on top of it!

It was convenient and price was good. I loved the room. For 1 person it was ok. Room 200. Queen bed. Small room,but no one downstairs or neighbors on either side to bother you or them. Good view both street and Mountains. Breakfast same High carb fare. Restaurants nearby.

Not much worth writing about

I got there and my room was amazing, the first room the electric was out so they bumped me up to another room which was exceptional. The staff made me feel like I was home. They never bothered me at all. I recommend that you stay here when you come to Williams... Thanks again for everything

It was okay for one night. In the winter time it can be cold, but there is a heating device in the room, that can make quite warm. We also got some extra blankets, though we had to ask for it. The breakfast was yoghurt, cereals, bread and jam, coffee, tea and juice. I think it was okay too. I can recommend it if you are on low budget and looking for an affordable but clean room for one night.

The room was very comfy and cozy. Clean and spotless. The check-in and check-out was fast. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was very good. The area is quiet and close to everything. I really enjoyed to stay here. I’ll definitely book next time.

Everything was fine. The only thing what I missed is the microwave. :(

the location, the front desk is friendly, really good for basic breakfast, the facilities it has heated pool and jacuzzi even though we didn’t have time to do that. Room is pretty comfortable. AC and heater works well, TV was nice, bathroom is nice, it gives you soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotions

The tiny refrigerator did not work in the room, but they immediately switched us to a different room. Breakfast was typical, but wished they served prior to 7am. We wanted to be on the road early to the Grand Canyon.

Tiny fridge. Not great water pressure. Wish it were a bit closer to the center of town.

convenient location. good value. excellent coffee machine (lates, capachinos, macchiatos) in lobby available 24 hours. breakfast more than the simple continental, with yoghurt & fruit. jacuzzi was inside giving more privacy and protection. unfortunately, jets were out of order. but temp was perfect and water looked very clean. good Wi-Fi. outdoor carpets on walkways weren’t very clean. but our room was spotless. check in staff was welcoming and helpful for suggested restaurants.

Spacy room with brand new furniture and appliances, clean and soundproof, cheep. Stuff was friendly. Great location, many nice restaurants around (we chose Miss Kitty's Steak House - I totally recommend). You definitely do not regret to stay here!
