The property was lovely. There are meandering paths with sculpture art installations amongst all the buildings. While I didn’t get a chance to explore the entire property- what I saw was nice. The location was perfect if you attend Indian Wells Tennis. The drive to the parking is a quick 5 minutes down the road. The shuttle is also super quick and easy to use- drops you off right in front of the venue. The rooms are quite large and spacious for a family of 4, which is always nice. Parking and room access was easy- though if you had a more centrally located room- it could be more of a struggle getting luggage to your room.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. my only suggestion would be for the bellmen to be more helpful. Not realizing the layout of the property, I informed him we would need help with our luggage. I was shrugged off and told to check in first. A more polite - professional response that reflected the quality of hotel we were paying for would have been appreciated. As mentioned before- if you were situated in a more centrally located room , not on the ground level- it could be a hike to get your luggage from car to your room- and you would need help. I wouldn’t let a rude bellman influence my decision to stay here- he just needs better training.

The ambiance and convenience of location.

My fiancé was treated poorly when not walking aside me entering the front lobby. He told me one of the front desk workers were talking to someone one the phone while directly looking at my fiancé; until my fiancé had stood next to me while I was retrieving our room keys, the worker said to the phone, “never mind- he’s with the party who booked the room.” Like why?! I honestly believe the workers are racist.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a medical problem which required me to go to the hospital. The hotel manager and the staff arranged for an ambulance to come immediately. The suite was spacious and nicely furnished. There was a pool right outside of my room. The property is immaculate and there are workers on the grounds constantly.

They did away with the business center.

Overall great experience! The pool was great, staff were very helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious! Our room was perfect, great size and value!

I don’t have much to complain about. Everything was great, the only minor detail that comes to mind is the light in the sink area near the bathroom made a noise… but it wasn’t bothersome to me!

All the staff.... The location.... The rooms... The bed... The food and drinks. The amenities.

That the computer system was down... Had to get up and pay for the room early in the AM and it took them 2 times to get keys made to both rooms... Hence the computer issue. None of your staffs fault.

The staff was very kind and great at what they did

Not enough umbrellas by the pools. The quiet pool had 2 umbrellas and maybe 20 lounge chairs. Invitation to sunburns and heat strokes, regardless of sun lotion being applied

The setting, the grounds, and the service people are wonderful.

The room rates have become astronomical when the BNP Paribas tournament is running. After resort fee and taxes, the standard room was more than $900 a night!

Spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean room. Daily maid service was of highest standards. Beautiful grounds; great pool; nice fire pits. Ideal location.

Food was mediocre

The grounds were beautiful and lots of private outdoor places to sit by the fire pits. The outside restaurant was set in an olive grove.

We had a small problem with the water pressure in one of the sinks. The room could be cooler. Otherwise, it was a great location with attentive staff and a nice spacious room.

spacey room, nice pool. free fruit picking from the various fruit trees around the resort!! (major highlight).
