The scenery was great the balcony had a great view so I sat on the balcony and just enjoyed the view.

The room was nice but the phone wasnt working and I had to call more than once and then go down there and explain to them again what I said that the phone wasnt ringing in the room. Even though I explained each time the thought that I meant that I could not dial out even though I clearly said that one of the clerks called the room but when I got back to the room they said the phone never rung. But they sent someone and all they did was pick up the phone and call donwn stairs and said the phone was working but never called to the room while they were there to see if the phone would ring.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I checked in before time and the check in experience was very smooth. The room was equipped with a refridgerator and microwave, which came in handy as I was travelling with my kid. The beds were comfortable, lighting was enough, airconditioning was helpful in the Florida heat. My son enjoyed the arcade games and the movie at the kids movie theater. Having a restauarant on site, which is open till late was also helpful, as the children are really tired after spending the whole day at theme parks and don't want to go out for dinner. They also have a small shop in the hotel which stocks food, toiletries, medicines and other things that you will need. We didn't get time to enjoy the pool, but could see other families having fun, as our room was facing the pool. We did enjoy games of checkers and chess next to pool. My son had fun moving the toddler size chess pieces.

It isn't exactly something I didn't like, but as a personal choice, I would have liked to have a regular kettle in the room than the Keurig coffee maker.

The facility is very good value, for the money. It was clean and responsive staff. Comfortable bed and large washroom.

The staff don't answer the phones, when you call them. Every Person that I met at the hotel had spoken to us about the lack of pickup, if they needed something from the front desk or if they urgently needed to tell to the hotel about a problem/ or communicate. Even their own Call Centre could not get through to them. This is a huge problem.

Heated pool , they were friendly for a late check out request. Applebee's restaurant attached to the hotel , easy location for orlando attractions.

The pool area was great!! The hot tubs need some pump maintenance, but they were still hot and pleasant. My son had a blast in the water sprinkler area and loved how it cycled in different variations. The location was great to SeaWorld, but we’ll definitely stay there again going to other parks as it is well located to them all. The king bed and bunk bed family room was great! Very clever! The kids loved they had their own tv to set up their Xbox. The bathroom was perfect. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. The only complaint is that the bunk bed mattresses were kind of hard and the kid blankets were kind of thin. The king bed was luxurious. They will bring their favorite travel blankets next time. But other than that this hotel property is pretty near perfect for family travel.

The hot tub pumps need some maintenance. The bunk bed mattresses are a little hard.

The property is just what you thought it would be for a hotel. It had great things for the kids to do while adults are relaxing. The internet was fast and reliable. The cleaning staff was virtually silent as they went about their business, and you would never know they were there if it wasn't for the room getting cleaned.

The only thing that I will mention is that you need to make sure that the room temp is set to what you like. The cleaning staff changed the temp in the room daily. I would forget that they would do this, which was great coming into the room but I would forget to change it.

Hotel Staff was helpful with all our requests. Liked the secure parking. Outside grill staff was wonderful but Applebee's staff was RUDE (waitress was wonderful!) - manager on duty as well as hostesses. Told all customers 2 hour wait on each time we encountered the restaurant even when only a few tables were filled. Grill serves the same food but bartenders that we encountered there were wonderful! Pool was very nice, even in cold weather. Cleaning staff was very helpful.

Blood stain on bunkbed comforter upon our arrival and previous guest's false eyelashes were stuck to headboard of bed. Disgusting! Air Conditioner was not operating correctly and was leaking all over floor (wet carpet) and made noises nor didnt cool. A dog had pooped at entrance thru C and smeared all over the outside gate to glass door...this remained for several days.

As a single woman traveling with a special needs daughter and 2 cats the location could not have been more ideal. It was first floor with no stairs and not far from parking. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The desk clerk even met me at the closest entrance with a luggage caddy. The facility was an easy drive to Disney and the staff was full of advice for negotiating access.

The facility is aging but is well-maintained. The hallway walls and carpeting are dated but the rooms appear to have been more recently updated. Nothing that would deter me from choosing this location again.

I never take the time to write a review. This hotel is the exception. My husband usually don't say anything, either. This time he said from now on we are going here. I felt like I was in the Caribbean. I was able to go to the huge pool and have a pina colada. They had activities for the little ones. Games planned every hour for the kids. An arcade, movie theatre. Applebees attached to the hotel. Clean, staff was a delight. I could go on and on. I will be back.

The beds were very high and I am very short. Next time I will bring a step ladder. Not a big deal.

The staff were amazing the hotel was clean and it was very welcoming of pet's. They have a cute little dog park. The pool was big and clean, had 2 Jacuzzis which you don't think you would need in Florida but I used it at night because I got cold in the pool. They have a bar right by the pool as well which is great for the adults. They had more than enough chairs at the pool. Antoher great thing was my kids got to eat free the entire time at applebees which has a buffet for all types of eaters. I will definitely be going back.
