I found the staff very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. I want to commend the staff all around from the front desk, valet, maintenance and food staff for their willingness to make my stay enjoyable. I was there in attendance to the National Elks Convention and found the accommodations exceptional.

There were some glitches in the hotel, however it could not be foreseen. The only suggestion I would offer would be to have parking within the building as I saw walking there was a parking lot above the building on the side but not sure if the hotel owned that. But all in all I was pleased with my accommodations.

Excellent hotel, good service, pleasant stay.

The only problem was that a lady opened the door to the room at 10 am while we were still there, since check-out was at 11 am and we were barely changing. The only way to enter the room is with the key but it was not yet check out time, I feel a lack of respect because they must have the record when a guest is still in the room, even if it is check out time , you must knock and wait for someone to open the door, (and there was still an hour left to leave the room), although the lady knocked on the door but did not wait for her to open the door immediately.

Lovely new hotel. Fabulous big room. Great position for all public transport and restaurants. Free self service breakfast which we enjoyed. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold mineral water on tap all day. Very helpful staff. Jason , the boss and manager of the hotel was very kind and attentive making sure each day that we were happy with everything. We stayed here for 4 nights before our Royal Caribbean Cruise from Baltimore and we were sorry to leave and we will definitely choose this hotel to stay in again on our next visit.

All was very good

It was myself and family first visit to Baltimore, We brought my Granddaughter to Visit her future college at MICA. The Whole Hotel experience was great, Both Day and Night Receptionist were very nice and respond to my needs. Inside it was a beautiful place, the rooms were clean and spacious loved the security.

I didn't like the Location at first time apperance,because of the Traffic and noise But once inside it was fine couldn't hear anything. Also parking wasn't great at first but then that becamed great as well ,the Valet parking was first time experience and that was great because I didn't have to worry abt finding parking myself and my vehicle was safe.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for my event, it was only a quick two block walk to the CFG Arena. The bathroom was a decent size and easy to move around in. The bed was the perfect balance of firmness, with a good pillow top to add just the right comfort. The AC was decently quiet, with no significant kick on noise. Overall, the room was clean and in pretty good condition.

The area around the hotel didn’t feel 100% safe, so I didn’t feel comfortable walking at night.

The room was huge. The hotel room was very clean and modern. Excellent wifi. Large TV with all streaming services (you still need your own account) Good AC. The shower was roomy. Large and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The lobby is quiet and large with many tables, good for remote work. The national aquarium is 20 minutes walk away. Polite and friendly staff.

The hotel itself was excellent. The surrounding area is slightly worn down but it's Baltimore so it's to be expected.

EVERYTHING!! This is our second stay here and it will be our stay every time we come back! It is a VERY CLEAN hotel, the location is great! the staff is INCREDIBLE!! Ebony, the lady for Valet parking is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I enjoyed talking to her, She is a fan of chocolate milk (as I am) I had some she had never seen before and I gave it to her as a treat and I had told her “it will be the best u have ever had “ and she said those exact words! Everytime we come back I will be bringing this treat to her as there is no Sheetz in Baltimore 😊

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was within walking distance to Camden Yards. Very convenient.

The area was a little sketchy. I asked the staff about safety walking to and from the ballgame and they said it was perfectly safe. They were right. Also, it’s the only hotel in the week of staying in different hotels that, after returning my incidental deposit, kept a $5 fee on my credit card. It’s a little thing but also, why? Not cool.

Just didn't like the parking Options , was told one thing only before check in was told different , I was dropped off and then picked up after my stay. My view was of the alley way next to Lexington Market so I just keep my curtain closed. Did not understand about the light situation , how you need you hotel key to turn on the light almost left my key a couple of times until I got the hang of my routine when I left the room

What's not to like? Hotel is practically brand new. Staff was great. A hot breakfast is included. I thought my room was pretty spectacular, and I didn't pay a fortune. I was just driving through the area. I like seeing major league stadiums. The Orioles had a game that night, and I could easily walk to Camden Yards.

I'm not a Baltimore, expert, but this did not strike me as a great neighborhood at all. Parking is not included. There are commercial lots in the area. I was there on a Saturday, so I could park at a meter and leave the car there Sunday morning, all day if need be. I left about noon, and the car was fine. I was lucky to avoid paying for parking, but I was a bit worried about my car.
