valet parking. staff seemed nice. But AirPods Pro stolen from the car by some staff member. searched for them with findmy , and were in the car, 30h later in someone’s house 78 or 80 Winter Lane Catonsville 21228 MD

Jonathan met us at the front desk. He was pleasant and helpful. He explained the hotel and how the weekend would look with the Orioles playing that weekend. The hotel was convenient for us because we wanted to see a game and the hotel is across the street. The breakfast was fantastic. It included eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, yogurts, toast and much more. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you staff at the Baltimore Hampton Inn.

The hotel itself was great. The neighborhood around there is a little rough but the balance is the hotel is central to downtown and the ballparks.

Location. The breakfast was great.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay 40.00 dollars for parking. I didn't remember reading that there was an extra charge for parking. I would not of pick this hotel.

There is valet parking which is necessary at this Hampton Inn. Our room was wonderful, spacious with lots of light. The hotel is across the street from Camden Yards which makes it a perfect place to stay for games. Staff is very friendly.

This is an unusual event at this Hampton Inn, but the breakfast was a disappointment. The sausage links were very old looking, dry and tough, no fresh fruit except 2 over ripe bananas and a few apples, the usual eggs, waffles and one selection of small danish. I was an early diner too!!

Breakfast was free, variety of food options. Cleaner than most hotel I've been too. Plenty of facilities.

Parking was pretty expensive.

We came into town to watch a baseball game and this location was perfect. The staff was wonderful and the room was a great size for our family of 3.

Signs out front to let you know if parking was full would have been helpful. We were unable to park there because it was full and a bit of a mess with traffic and other folks who were staying at this hotel and also confused about where to go for parking.

I liked the hotels location. It was great for going to Camden Yards. The rooms were very clean and the furniture 2as a good condition. The pool and weight room was good too. The staff were all very friendly and helped my group in anything asked of them. The breakfast was really good.

Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Proximity and location were great.

The pool was very cold and the water was kind of gross looking. I had a specific room reserved at checkin that was ready when we arrived but the woman was entertaining giving it to someone else because they arrived earlier than us. It was ultimately given to me but that shouldn’t have even been a thought.

the parking situation. I didn’t know where to go to park. it’s very confusing. there should be a big sign in front where to go. it’s very tight in the front with cars. the buffet was a great thing but if you get there late everything is gone and food was cold. liked the waffle maker. loved the coffee display out front.

The location can’t be beat for Os or Ravens games, or for University of Maryland Medical Center, all easy walking distance. The staff is very kind and friendly, the property is sparkling clean, updated with FANTASTIC SHOWERS, and free hot breakfast. What’s not to love?

Valet parking is a bit pricey but worth it for me due to the location of this hotel.
