We had suite, so size of room was extremely nice, although i expected a few amenities with the kitchette...nothing provided, yet was charged a deposit for it in case we stole microwave I guess. All room doors were soft close so no slamming doors was great, halls were quiet. Breakfast was good, biscuits better the first day.

The elevator smelled disgusting. And lobby smelled like chemicals. I would suggest more in room amenities, we had one tiny soap bar, I had to ask for more. You should shampoo carpet in elevator. New TV service lacking, but it would have been helpful to have had it set up, our date and time was 2019, so that was why we couldn't get preview guide. Also missed not having Fox News Channel. No lighting around table, too dark to play cards comfortably. And we traded out a chair that somebody tubby had broken the seat all the way through.

It was very clean and quiet. The walls were so thick that I could barely hear my daughter talking to me through the bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were really nice.

I honestly don't think there was anything I wasn't satisfied with. The beds were a little firmer than I usually like, but I'm used to a very thick memory foam so that's just personal preference. They were still some of the better hotel mattresses I've slept on.

The breakfast was pretty good, the blueberry muffins and biscuits and gravy were the best in my opinion. The room was EXCELLENT! Very nice staff! The pool and hot tub were awesome! Overall very satisfied with the visit!

There is really nothing i didn’t like. All though our tv didn’t work the whole night. The elevator could be better but other than that it was an awesome visit! I will very much so be coming back for another!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice pool area and hot tub. Breakfast was good and hot. Love the 10:30am breakfast - most close at 10am. Check-out was at 12 noon, which was also very nice.

No USB ports in the room, which would have been convenient. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Too bad it's not closer to everything.

The cleanliness of the Room and Public places, the Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access to most anywhere. Our TV didn't work upon our arrival. Front desk called Maintenance and he came up even though he was scheduled to be done with work. Found someone wiped out all the channels. He reprogrammed it and showed us what to do. Very pleasant and much appreciated. Also...the beds are so comfortable so we had an excellent night sleep.

Check in was pleasant The breakfast was very nice had a great assortment of food. the gentleman working the breakfast buffet was attentive to ensure there was plenty of food and the area was clean he wiped up spills immediately.. he deserved a bigger tip than I gave. The room was comfortable and clean.. The pool was a nice. Having complimentary cookies and coffee was a nice bonus.

the only thing I didn’t like was the fact I booked the room through the Booking.com app there was no mention of a $100 deposit that is refundable but if I booked this room for the $101.00 and that was all the money I had I would lose my money because I wasn’t aware of the deposit and the cancellation period had already passed totally not cool

Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub was cleaned every day. We asked to have 2 rooms by pool and next to each other. They were not but the employee changed our rooms and put us on the 3rd floor next to each other. Went there to get a way for my birthday it was nice and relaxing.

It was a nice room the Hot tub could have been bigger but plenty of hot water.

There was a hair in the hot tub that kind of grossed me out. I always bring my own cleaning spray and scrub it first but yuck. They changed the lock card before 11even though check out was 12 . And the cleaning lady knocked on the door before 11 at what we paid we should have not been rushed out that upset us a lot. The hall smells very heavily of weed if I had kids I would have complained.

The staff was pretty friendly. The lady that was in the breakfast area cleaning and taking care of everything was one of the nicest person that works in the public. I stay there with my Grandkids whenever we need a break. Awesome pool!
