The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great, lots of selection. The bathroom was big, and everything was very clean. The roof terrace is really nice, great views and even has a workout area.

Our room was very cold the first night, the heat hadn’t been turned on yet. They did get it going for the next night., but it was raining and chilly the first day. The bed was very firm, had to ask for a pad for it, they did give us an extra mattress pad, but was still firm. They have the tiniest elevator I’ve ever been in.

The room was clean and comfortable. I did not pay to get a nice view. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Variety of juices, coffee, pastries, eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc. Less than 2 minutes walk to the subway station, so it's convenient to go explore the more touristy areas (like the Duomo). Elevator was appreciated, though it was small.

I was able to eat the breakfast buffet at the hotel the first day. One the second day, there was some issue with the breakfast area so it was closed and the hotel gave me a coupon to get breakfast at a nearby cafe. The cafe gave me only one coffee and one croissant.

The location, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed. It’s only a 5-10 min walk from the train station and only a 25 min walk to the centre, which sounds long but there’s lots to see on the way.

The noise from the traffic during the night - it’s on a main road to the hospital too and our room was at the front. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again but I’d maybe request a room at the back.

The hotel is located in a big shopping street, 12 minutes walk from the milano centrale station. we walked along this Buenos Aires street and reached the Milan cathedral in around 20 minutes. you can find lots of restaurants and different shops on this street. There is a to.market that openes 7 days per week till around 20:00. The room had a fair size. it had a minibar, and a kettle. There was complimentary water, coffee and tea. the bathroom had shampoo, soap and clean towels. there was a balcony with double glass doors and a shutter store. we didnt hear noise at night. The hotel has one small lift, it cannot take more than 2 persons, so sometimes you have to wait a bit to get your turn, it was good for a one night stay. They had a good continental breakfast for 8 EUR.

The balconies have small partitions, a person can easily cross from one balcony to another.

This is already my 7th stay at Best Western City Milan. wouldn’t have chosen it again and again were it not excellent. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and in breakfast room. By the way, breakfast is rich with many varieties. I’ll try to include a couple of photos with part of the breakfast buffet. Clean. I’m glad that they changed the packaging of the shower gel that was before identical to the shampoo; had to put on my reading glasses on before to know which is which🙃. location, location, location. shopping is right at your doorsteps. A few steps away from Lima metro station, about a 15 to 20 minutes walk to Duomo, and a ten minutes walk to the central railway station. it is fun to visit the nearby market held every Saturday and Thursday. Note that the entrance to the hotel is inside a passage between two buildings and not on the mail Buenos Aires street.

Elevator was very small and not so many people fit. In the twin-room; the beds are very close that seems like it’s almost combined into a single bed. It may be uncomfortable depending on who you are traveling with.

Great location with lots of easy access to transport, shops and restaurants near by, staff were very helpful and friendly (helped us book an evening meal in a local restaurant which was amazing!), the rooms were very very clean, lovely breakfast options.

would note we had a room facing the main road, was a little noisy (as you can imagine in a city) would recommend bringing ear plugs. I had brought mine and slept very well

Facilities were clean and room size was comfortable for a couple with carry ons. Staff was courteous and ensured we had everything we needed. The location is very close to Lima Metro station which makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. If you prefer to walk, the center (Duomo) is 25 mins away.

We waited 45 minutes past the check in time (1400) for a room. Also, it can get noisy if you get a room on the street side. Milano is very busy and traffic starts to pick up around 6 am. Having white noise in the room helped.

The room was comfy and very clean. The location is great near the train station and not far from the center. Corso Buenos Aires can be a little noisy if we do not specify to have a quiet room though. Breakfastt was very good.

Great room having a third bed for son to sleep other side. Comfy beds Good bathroom, with different showers. Cleaned every day, towels changed if required. Large balcony, nice to sit out in good weather Good location

Little noisy early in morning and late one night, I think due to people on roof terrace. Ear plugs and shutters blocked out general traffic noise which is to be expected
