The Property was very nice and was easy to get to from the airport. However, it is about 15 mins walk from the main hustle bustle of Venice. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I requested them for a cake for my wife's birthday and they gladly obliged (with a fees of course). The breakfast was very well laid out and everything served looked and tasted very premium.

There is no lift, so you have to carry your big suitcases etc (we had a 2 year old and a pram as well) up the stairs and we struggled with warming our childs milk in the room on the first night as we could not find an electric kettle in the room. But that was only a minor issue which was resolved on the following day.

We had a fantastic stay , location was away from the madness of Venice but still near enough to be involved if you wanted , we were never more than two bridges away from wonderful restaurants or bars in a very rustic authentic part of the City, the accomodation was also a few mintues walk to the nearest vaporetto. The breakfast each morning was fresh and plentyful , the room was serviced each day , and the staff ( Alice) couldn't be more helpful or accommodating . Definitely would highly recommend Amor Mio B&B .

Only thing i didn't like was having to leave Venice, I really have nothing negative to say about Amor Mio B&B.

The deluxe room was really spacious, comfortable, and has its own sitting room area with dining table. Ten minute walk from the train station. Two minute walk from the bnb to the water bus stop (orto). Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods including toast, croissants, cereal, eggs, yoghurt and fruit, juice and coffee.

Blinds in the bedroom were too small and didn't cover while of the window, so light came into the bedroom very early. An improvement for us would be to have a microwave in the kitchen area with the fridge, which would have been very convenient for us.

It was big and the people were extremely nice and helpful, and quick to respond. It felt more homey than a hotel, and very private as well. I went with family but it would be a great place for a couple as well. I visited a few places in Italy and this was my favorite spot so far.

I did see a dead bug on the floor and when I first checked in I did not see anyone there so it felt a little creepy. But the second day when we went to breakfast that went away and it felt very homey and private and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and updated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and there were a lot of breakfast options. Location was good too. I accidentally left our passports in the safe and the staff were fast to contact me and organized the courier to send them back which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in an elegant, well-decorated room with good air conditioning and comfortable armchairs. The room had a large, comfortable bed and a view of a garden through large windows. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. The location was perfect for me—away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still close to everything.

Great place! It's a bit away from the noisiest streets and that's just perfect. After a long day of exploring you come back to a comfy place without loud sounds. Breakfast: not a good selection, but I've heard it's typical for Venice hotels so we knew what to expect. No lift, only stairs: once again, we were warned, most hotels here are similar.

Easy walk from the ferry stop where we got off from the airport ferry. Nice, charming, quiet neighborhood. About a 20-30 minute walk to St. Marks. Great restaurants and bars within 5 minutes of the hotel. Canareggio is a nice shopping district and with many locals. Reasonable walk to the train station and probably about 20 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast very basic and adequate.

Location. Quiet. Close to vaporetti pier. Close to Ghetto and Venezia S. Lucia Station. Close to some of the best restaurants, less than 20 min. walk. Convenient.

Staircase only to rooms. This might be difficult for some. Otherwise, no problem.

We loved the view from the room, we loved how fast the WiFi was and above it all, the breakfast was awesome. Staff were very approachable and friendly.

It was very confusing at first to figure out how to open the front door. There was not enough information and instructions given, there was a step missed/skipped.
