Good location, close to boat stop, train/bus station, walkable distance from everything pretty much. Near by: coffees, restaurants, market shop, historical and cultural monuments. The room was big enough, the air conditioner, although old looking, was amazing and kept us cool. Small sofa, big mirror, wardrobe, night stands, electricity plugs each side of the bed, everything you need pretty much. The room was cleaned daily and it was indeed clean. The garden, where we were having our breakfast was really adorable. The breakfast itself was also nice, good coffee and croissant + toast.

Not a big thing, but the bathroom was a bit small. The hairdryer was old and if I had to use it it would have taken me hours. There was no shower gel, just this tester pouches, enough for a single wash and we had only 4 for 4 nights, 2 people. But overall this is a good place to stay

The location was excellent, being very near the Grand Canal. Only comment we’d make is that it was very difficult to find when we arrived. Google maps couldn’t find it so we had to ask people for help. Luckily one couple with time to spare were happy to walk around with us using their own phone navigation and eventually found the property, though not without much the same difficulties that we experienced. Perhaps very detailed information from the owners of how to get to Cassa Mimma from the bus/train stations would be very helpful.

Lots of tiny insects in the room which were always present. Perhaps a mesh screen attached to the outside wall of the property on each window might be more effective than the screen on the window itself?

The room was spacious and had a sink and safe, which was great! We expected the shared bathroom to be worse, but it was clean and we were able to use it whenever we needed. The breakfast was good with drinks and different bread items. The staff was very kind and friendly as well.

We wish that there was a fridge in the room and that the wifi was faster (it was really slow), but overall nothing that was a big deal. We were overall very happy with our stay and it exceeded expectations.

It was a really good accomodation, looked even better than in pictures. Everything was clean, the cleaning lady paid attention to every detail, she even folded my pyjamas. :) The toilet was shared with other rooms too, but 99% of the time it was empty. Also there was a small private sink in the room. We had a nice view to the garden in which the breakfast was served. The owner was really nice and kind, the accomodation has got family atmosphere. Location is also good, just a few minutes of walk from The grand canal. I highly reccomend. GRAZIE :)

The location was perfect, both main train station and saint Marc square were in 15 min walking distance. The owner was very nice and helpful. Classic Italian breakfast.

The bathroom is in a bad state. Some part were destroyed and there was mold on the wall. It smelled really bad.

Nice small Bed and Breakfast with only a very few room. We were lucky to get a room with the view into the small green courtyard. A simple breakfast was also served in this nice little oasis. Great location in a quiet area of Venice, that was still close to everything but away from the crowds. We really enjoyed this part of Venice and this small place with its friendly owner.

The door to the corridor is very light, so that you do hear everyone comming and going and everything else in the corridor from your room. However this is a pretty small problem if there are only 3-4 other guest rooms in the hotel.

Great location near the city centre. Friendly staff. Great value for money. Beautiful room. Breakfast in garden. We really liked our stay there.

The breakfast was rather poor: one coffee, croissant and a few toasts and some jam. But it was okay to start the day. And for the little money you pay here, you can't expect much more.

Croissants and coffee for breakfast. Lovely central positioning in Venice and we walked easily from the train station. Lovely little court yard for breakfast.

Toilet and shower was shared which is always a bit tricky but then the price was very reasonable.

The staff was very friendly. The location was very close to the train station and it's something the one would want do they don't carry their luggage around the bridges and narrow streets of Venice.

The Wi-Fi wasn't very stable. The breakfast was simple but ok.

Great location to the train station and public transport links, as well as walkable to most places within Venice. It’s located just outside the main tourist areas with some great restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable and overall was great value.
