This hotel is a gorgeous respite in the maze of streets, bridges and alleys of Venice. Our family of 11 adults were wonderfully comfortable in well appointed rooms. The staff is amazing - super helpful, including front desk, and the team that served us for morning breakfast and afternoon happy hour. We would absolutely stay here again!!

The only downside is that the property is a walk from the train station and not directly reachable by water taxi. But there are so many luggage porters (which are a must on the bridges and stairs!!) that you can easily get to the hotel and start to relax!

The location was excellent, in a quiet part of Venice but within a stones throw of everywhere you want to visit. The staff were amazing, always happy to help and make our day - we woke up late on our final day and they arranged our breakfast outside even though it was after time! Decor is great as well and we both clearly loved sleeping in the bed - also the bathroom was top notch. Could not fault this hotel and we will return! Melania, Deena, Riccardo & Priyanka thank you so much you made our anniversary great!

Honestly, there's nothing wrong with the hotel at all. I couldn't find a single fault with it, the food or the staff.

We rented 3 rooms, all very beautiful and decorated in their own styles. The hotel is new and spotless. Location is perfect, not in a crazy busy area, yet close to everything. But most of all, Melania was truly exceptional - from the check-in process through giving us dinner recommendations to booking restaurants and even an evening taxi trip around Venice, nothing was too much trouble. We were even late for our reservations and she moved everything for us. Couldn't recommend her and the hotel enough, and we can't wait to return!

We were lucky enough to enjoy a free upgrade to our room to Prestige. These truly are stunning rooms, beautiful bathrooms and a free minibar. The staff concierge were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much. Excellent range of choices for breakfast, including freshly cooked eggs to order and a beautiful outdoor setting to enjoy while eating. The fresh honeycomb was amazing. We will definitely return.

First of all the staff was really excellent- always friendly and helpful. Property itself was well located in a fairly quiet district with still plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and all the tourist attractions within a walking distance. Being pleasantly close to railway and bus station made the arrival and departure convenient. Breakfast in the hotel was great- not maybe the widest variety of food I have seen, but everything was fresh and tasty and I did not miss a thing. I especially liked that warm egg dishes were not prepared in advance and kept warm as it mostly happens in hotels, but instead were made freshly when ordered. Beds and pillows were comfy, even for the 3rd person in the room. In most cases there is a very uncomfortable couch for the extra person, but not in this hotel- at least the room we stayed in I would not doubt to recommend for 3 visitors.

The only comment would be that there could be more clothes and towel hooks in the bathroom- these are not maybe the sexiest design elements, but they really would make the bathroom more functional. ;)

nice hotel with just 6-7 mins walk from the train station. there is a beautiful garden and you can hv breakfast here. the staff is really nice and they are very patient to teach us how to leave the hotel in different ways. they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us as we have to checkout in the early morning. it’s the only one hotel among 5 hotels we stayed in europe that provided a slipper

The staff were beyond attentive and helpful! The breakfast was really nice and everything was fresh. The location is so near the train station. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the room and all the premises are 100/10!!

Everything was incredible and we have nothing bad to say! The location is a little further away from the touristy area (15 mins walk aprox.) which for us, was a plus.

This hotel was much more than we expected when we booked it. Everything was excellent: friendly and knowledgable staff, tasty breakfasts, spotless rooms, nice decor and a very comfortable bed. My husband and I were mostly sick during our stay and the staff went out of their way to help us and made our stay unforgetable. We will definetely come back there.

The property was beautiful and well appointed. The staff, Riccardo, was fantastic at helping with anything we needed.

The location was a little challenging and required a porter which cost approximately 30-50euros from the train station with luggage. But only a 10 min walk from the train station. The Venice streets are a bit of a maze so a great map is a necessity!

Overll it was a great stay in Venice. The hotel is conveniently located - the walk from the parking plaza is not that long (compared to other hotels) and the hotel is located close to all the attractions; The hotel is small but very nicely decorated and is very clean. Breakfast was great & the staff was very helpful and nice. Will stay here again.
