The rooms was nice clean very roomie everything worked in the room the beds was the softs I ever slept on just say all and all everything was excellent staff was friendly and helpful being we was from out of town absolutely would stay again

If you use third party just know it's a 100 deposit but you get it back the day you check out I didn't recall seeing anything about this till I got there just friendly reminder call in ask if rented through third party

they charged my card early it was supposed to be pay at the property and then tried to cancel me because at the time the card # was incorrect I called the property and was hung up on twice the Booking.com rep was also hung up on by this gentleman only time this has happened with Booking.com other than that the property was clean and very nice

Needed a place to stay overnight for a very early doctors appointment the next morning. This hotel has very recently been renovated, the room was large and I had a king sized bed. It had a large flat screen television, pet friendly, friendly staff, very clean, elevator, ice machine on each floor and 10 minutes from UAB.

The bed was comfortable and the luxury vinyl plank flooring was nice. I enjoyed the microwave and refrigerator.

The closet area didn't have any doors or enclosed space. I didn't like you have a $100 hold on your card because you are using a third party company.

The bed was extra comfy. The room was very clean . The floors were wooden estradiol of carpet, which was a major plus.. The air conditioner worked great . The staff was very professional and friendly.

The traffic in that area is awful.

Terrific desk clerk who was very friendly and provided a lot of good information. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels, soaps, etc.

I wish the bed didn't slide on the floor so easily. Not sure how you fix that but every time I went to sit on the bed it moved. Not a big deal but you asked.

Everything was quit, comfortable room.

Check out time is 11:00am. But the last 2 times I stayed there, house keeping bangs on the door a couple of hours early. I'm trying to get my money worth and sleep in. But they wake you up by trying to run you out early.

I loved that this place was only about 10-15 minutes away from majority of the shopping areas and that me and my boyfriend could just drive across the street and get food when we wanted. Super convenient for anything really. We did a lot of walking around downtown and only had to drive a short distance back to the facility to get a good nights rest.

We had to get 2 different key cards for the room because they stopped working.

The staff had worked hard to make this Motor Court original to the period. I would have expected to find something like this on AIRB&B. Thank you Jessica!

I have been going to this location for the past 4 months for work. They went up about ten dollars since then, and now they have a 100 dollar deposit that I’m not too thrilled about.
