Rooms were spacious and clean. When an issue with the room was reported, it was dealt with.The town of Woburn is delightful.

The first room we had, the AC leaked and the carpeting became very wet. So we were upgraded but very late in the day, so the front desk Adrian helped clean it so we could get ready for an off site wedding rehearsal dinner. However housekeeping staff failed to fill soap dispensers for two days. The shower head broke, was temporarily fixed, broke again and then repaired to last.

We liked that the room was large and the bed was very comfortable; there was a nice large shower; we liked that there was an excellent choice of fresh fruit, bacon, sausages and eggs for breakfast. We liked that even though the hotel is near the freeway, there was no noise and the view from our room was of a lovely wooded area. We liked that the staff at breakfast was great especially the man with a European accent. We liked that we could take food from the restaurant to our room.

I had requested a room on a high floor but they assigned us a room on the first floor at my request they changed us to a room on the third floor. We did not like that the hotel only provides plastic and paper cups in the room and at breakfast as this is not environmentally friendly; the staff at the restaurant were very accommodating however and provided us with china cups and drink glasses on request. The pastry offerings at breakfast were OK but not great. The shaving mirror light in our room did not work. We did not like that there was no way to get fresh air in the room as the window will not open and there was no way to keep the fan running. The pillows were big but too lumpy and hard for my taste.

The room was clean with a comfortable chair for sitting, a good amount of tv channels and a large desk too. The pool was clean with plenty of towels. On-site restaurant was very convenient with standard American food and a super easy set up for breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off waking us up a little earlier than some of us wanted, but the fire department responded relatively quickly and all things considered it was a short lived inconvenience.

Location was close to interstate but also not in a busy area. It was quiet. Our room was HUGE and had all the conveniences you have come to expect. It was clean and the staff at check in were very personable and relatable.

The bathroom was handicap accessible which I did not mind but in an ideal world the shower head would have raised up even higher to serve tall people and people who need a lower head alike.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet with really good food. The hotel has a lot of parking space. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I found was that the shower had hair on the walls from a previous guest, but the hotel bathroom has a note saying if you find something you don’t like you can call the front desk and they will make changes for your stay to be more enjoyable, which I found great.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Big desk for work. Comfortable bed. Big parking lot so no need to reserve

Although breakfast was good, it was kind of repetitive (everyday the same food, except for a rotation of waffles, pancakes, french toasts and between sausages and bacon).

Comfortable hotel next to I-95. Breakfast buffet (not free) is a little better than the average hotel breakfast. I had a large comfortable room on the "Executive" floor - no kids, generally quiet.

The hotel also houses a restaurant sports bar that gets a large number of guests on Friday and Saturday nights, usually with live music. Parking spaces become scarce on weekend nights.

The staff is incredible, front desk staff and the restaurant staff in particular. we arrive around 4:25. The pool was nice but a little on the cool side. understandable no one was using it so it was like a private spa. Thank you

Coffee would have been nice our room did not have the paper cubs maybe an over site and the downstairs coffee was not available when we left to head south for work at 5:15 am again understandable

Good value, clean, newer facility. Good breakfast included, Close to highway but quiet.Lots of lights and good work desk.Shower with excellent pressure and good hot water. Thermosat on wall for easy access.Lots of free parking. Overall great choice in greater Boston area.

Weak wifi. Charged deposit, but never informed me until I questioned the extra amount.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was small but nice and clean.

Only thing was the fire alarm went off in the morning while we were eating breakfast. It didn’t take long to go back in the hotel but the kitchens alarm takes longer to shut off so we had to wait to go back in to eat our breakfast. It was so loud it hurt our ears.
