Location was good, very clean. Staff was very friendly parking was very convenient. The price is a little high for what we got.

Location was great on 18th and Market. Loved that you get $10 daily to use at the ART bar. Loved getting my coffee in the morning right downstairs. Cute bar in there, too, and definitely busy, but we didn't get any drinks there. Room was bigger than I expected and the bed was really comfortable. They are very pet friendly. I'd stay there again for sure.

I did not find the information about the pet charge or what it would be until it showed up on my bill. Not that big of a deal because I figured I'd have to pay something.... but with all other charges laid out clearly, that was a bit of a $75 surprise. The only other slight was that I went to use the shower and it has shampoo, conditioner and body wash that are in refillable built-ins, and I got stuck all with no conditioner. The result was a big red frizz ball! First-world problems.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly, competent, efficient and welcoming. I valeted my car and that was a fair price and the valets are very nice and helpful. Very fast service. The room was lovely and comfortable. The beds were cozy and I slept well. I walked about 1.5 miles to get to Love Square park, The Constitution Museum and Reading Market.

The room was equipped with a little coffee maker that sends hot water through a plastic sleeve and onto a coffee tea bag. Everyone hates those, come on. There was a small refrigerator that was great. No microwave which would have been nice for heating water for tea. The ground floor lobby had Art Bar and they nicely gave me hot water for late night tea. A coffee and tea station would be nice. Art Bar had some breakfast items for cost, boiled eggs, yogurt and a donut type thing.

I was glad to be able to upgrade prior to arrival. Excellent central location. Many points of interest downtown walkable.

My friend found the a/c too cold (unable to turn down) and too noisy. (It was OK with me.) Very few breakfast choices. Although muffins were in a saucer inside the case, none were available for purchase. The only choice was a "Danish" in a cellophane wrapper. I only ate it because I had to eat something (in addition to a small container of yogurt). My friend had time to walk (in the pounding rain) to the Belleview where one can have breakfast. Couldn't there be even a SMALL restaurant downstairs n the SONESTA for serving breakfast?

The hotel is in an excellent location, not far from Suburban Station for trains to/from the airport, or from the Subway. Most of the main attractions are within a mile or so. My room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

The Art Bar and Cafe had a very poor breakfast selection. It was also not very environmentally friendly, for example I had a yoghurt, but was given a packet containing a plastic knife, fork and spoon, two of which would be thrown away unused.

Great location. Right next to the trolley station and not far from Suburban Station. Sharply furnished rooms. Cold mini fridge. Comfy bed and pillows. Free HBO. Fast free internet. Quick check-in. Fast elevator. Hip bar and steakhouse in the lobby. Easy to control HVAC. Good water pressure in the shower.

The revolving door at the entrance was large but strangely confining. You need to take your hotel keycard out of the paper holder in order to use it to unlock the elevator so you can press the button for your floor. They’ll probably say it’s for security reasons but it creates embarrassing moments in front of strangers - or at least that’s what I’d expect would have happened if I didn’t happen to have been so lucky to be the only passenger in the elevator.

The location of the room was great for visiting the city. Nice to be able to park right next door and not worry about the car. The room was very nice and loved the view from the 24th floor! We didn't bring our suits but the pool looked very nice and we will bring them next time!

Would have been nice to have more breakfast choices. I have a child with food allergies and it was hard to find something for her to eat in the morning. A (complimentary) breakfast of even just cold cereals and milk and coffee would have been a nice touch. Visiting the city is expensive with a family and complimentary breakfast (even a simple one) is something we look for to help offset other costs.

Good location near Reading Terminal Market and lovely clean hotel. Excellent service from Nadia on the front desk who went above and beyond with our early check in and late check out requests. Only stayed for one night but offered everything we needed and also got a $10 voucher for the Art Bar which was a pleasant addition.

Would be nice to have a couple of glasses in the room rather than just paper cups.

This hotel is just lovely each time. The front desk is on point and perfectly pleasant. The grab and go snacks in the lobby never disappoint. I ran into the most helpful man this time around who went out of his way to help with directions and even walked me to the proper exit to send me on my way. I'm not certain that he worked there, maybe just a kind gentleman. This is my new go to when I'm in Philadelphia. It's spacious and very clean and just inviting all around.

I have not had a single complaint major nor minor

I was there the weekend of 7/7 to 7/9 for a family reunion we hosted in your hotel. I had a suite and it was a really nice room. The staff were amazing! They were kind, friendly and most helpful. The hotel is in a great location for you to get out and walk and enjoy downtown Philly :)

The only downside to my stay was the leaking refrigerator in my room. Maintenance came to check it out and determined it had to be replaced so I was unable to use it.
