I was really appreciative of all the assistance our family received from Beth and Brad with extending our stay due to car emegency and was not ready for pickup on time. I thought the hand soap by the sink and shampoo/conditioner installed in the shower was a great idea. Lots of counter space for sitting luggage on and eating meals. My grandsons had a blast at the Salt water pool. I wished we were there more time. Next summer we will be back. Thank you for all your help. Have a great year.

I wish the coffee was a better quality. I like strong coffee. More scramble eggs. More days with bacon offered. I like waffle stations over pancakes. The food was tasty all the same.

Room size was spacious , the arrangement and type of furniture in the room was awesome. Breakfast was great. Lots of options for all ages. Location was fabulous. As we were visiting the temple in the morning the drive was a mere 7 minutes via local roads. Lots of good food around and almost all types of stores. Saw some furry friends in the night. Not sure the hotel was pet friendly or not. Did not find enough time to visit the pool and gym but kids were seen happily enjoying it,

Both elevators working at a time would have been better but there are spacious stairs as well to avoid elevator rush..

Staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bathroom and shower had plenty of room. The pool was a little chilly but very clean and well maintained. Very quiet! We didn't know anyone else was staying there when we were in our room. The location was great for going to Kennywood or driving into Pittsburgh without paying downtown hotel prices. Plenty of food options nearby, and the room had a refrigerator and microwave for leftovers, as well as a Kuerig. They served a breakfast, but we didn't wake up for it.

The layout of the room and many lighting options were great. But the very best thing was the cleanliness. I am a highly neurotic person who was dreading the hotel stay and my trip altogether. It was so clean I could not have felt more comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

While several USB ports were installed around the room, most were pushed into the receptacles and unusable. Also, wish there were some better snack options available at the shop. Really wanted some cereal and milk a couple of nights. There were only things like cookies, chips, pop-tarts and soup. I realize it's difficult to please everyone, but cereal seems like it would be a more popular choice than pop-tarts.

A wide variety of breakfast options and staff was actively working to keep all options hot, fresh, and available. The room and facilities were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A room near the elevator is always a bit noisy, but mostly because of other guests talking loudly in the hallways. Having a room at the front of the hotel did mean noise from the busy main road.

I drove almost 6 hours to get there. By the time I got to the resort I was a nervous wreck. I told them I was there for my sister in law’s funeral. They were very calming and sympathetic. They offered to look up directions to the funeral home so I didnt have to. My room was very comfortable and quiet, which was just what I needed after a very emotional day. I would stay there again if the need arrives.

We arrived pretty late in the evening. I had called earlier to the hotel saying that I was driving and I would reach the hotel late. The rep had printed out my form and had it ready for me. Breakfast was normal fare. Simple, but sufficient. Thank you.

We just stayed there for a brief time. So, we did not get the full experience of the fitness facilities or the pool. So, no comment here.

I had an excellent two-night stay visiting a friend. The bed was very comfortable, and the window had room darkening shades. Breakfast offered a variety of choices and was delicious. Staff was professional and helpful. The location was great, not too busy with traffic, and convenient enough for going into PIttsburgh.

I didn't like the fact that if I booked directly thru the hotel, my stay would have been less expensive. Thru Booking.com, the cost increased by $50

One elevator was broken when we arrived. Both we broken when we were ready to leave. My husband is handicapped so it was fortunate he was still able to get down the stairs. The staff was helpful but it was really unacceptable that the broken one had not already been fixed.
