what went well?..... what didnt? this hotel is like a little piece of home away from home the stuff are all AMAZING the entrance reception staff were amazing super amazing and so kind then you have the most helpful two women i have met in my life jennifer and ginevra who work the level lounge reception both helped make our stay truly to die for by helping with every little detail both to do with their jobs and not especially ginevra that women is an angel on earth! the hotel it self was so lux and chic very beautiful super nice room with big space and a beautiful bathroom really worth every cent wish we stayed for longer! and the food was great too in the level lounge with everything being free 24/7 now that is what i call a get away vacation!

- very nice entrance area, which makes a great impression - staff friendly, helpful - the check-in was fast. they couldn't offer us an early check-in, but took care of the bags and they were in our room, when we came back at 14:00 - the room is spacious, the beds were very big and very comfortable - the minibar prices seemed moderate - the bathroom has everything you need - short walk to city life, san siro stadium and direct connection to any other interesting part of the city

- I agree with other reviewers, that the hotel is not a teen anymore and needs some maintenance here and there. some would say it has some charm as is and they would also be right - it's a more of an hotel for a business trip. you don't get any additional services like a spa or a pool. not really a "contra", but needs to be considered - the breakfast of this 5 star hotel could've been "richer". the choice was the same during our 3 days stay - stuff like smoked salmon for breakfast you get for additional charge - it's included only with the club membership rooms (forgot the name). same probably goes for bubbly ;)german 4 star hotels have better breakfasts

Loved the hotel. Staff was super nice especially Carlos in the VIP lounge. He was just awesome. Without us asking he prepared some delicious snacks for us which we just loved. He also made a few delightfully tasty local Mocktails for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff friendliness and politeness and the location which was just next to the metro station.

Washrooms looked a bit dated. Our shower glass seemed as if it would fall anytime. The bath tub was huge. For my 10 year old son it was uncomfortable to enter the tub for a shower without my help.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We traveled for a business trip, and I must say this was one of the best business hotels I have stayed in for a long time. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the lobby was inviting, with professional and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, especially for Italy. While I love Italian cuisine, I usually find breakfasts in Italy to be quite basic, often focused on sweet pastries. However, this hotel offered much more than the usual continental fare I have come to expect in Italy. I highly recommend this hotel.

When you come in the hotel, it looks so nice and luxury (considering that it is a 5-start hotel and costs its money). I had a feeling that it is like a facade to impress people when you come in, because the rooms need a serious renovations already. That is why it was very disappointing. The window in the room also was not really opening, and as air conditioner is not working in winter, we struggled a little without fresh air. The breakfast though was amazing. So much choice I haven't seen already for long. On one day we had to leave earlier to Venice and could not have breakfast, so the hotel team gave us the packs to go, and it was very tasty and way enough for the trip. All in all, I don't think I would choose the hotel again.

The breakfast was AMAZING. The hotel room is so big and clean. When you enter the lobby you already feel the luxury of it. The staffs are very friendly. Also helpful. I travel with my husband and son, the bed is big enough for 3 of us. They provide 6 pillows . The linen is very classy. Tidy and neat . So so so good. Also this hotel’s staff at the cafe very nice. When we sit at the cafe they approaching us and ask if there is something they can do for us . They put attention and details for everything. Melia Milano 👍👍👍

We loved the Lounge. While the food selection can be limited at some hours this service has helped us during nights when we just needed a little snack while we still got jet lag. All the hotel staff from the concierge, to the bell service, the restaurants, and the events are all warm and friendly and showed great hospitality.

Our room was on the side of the street and there were times when we can hear the noise from the people having loud conversation. The windows are adequate but wit would be a little better with extra noise-canceling feature.

The staff across the hotel, from the front desk to the restaurant, were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the dinner options were excellent. The location is ideal for those looking to be close to CityLife and San Siro. The room was comfortable and spacious, enhancing the overall experience.

The stay was generally excellent. However, the bathroom could benefit from remodeling to improve comfort, including more countertop space and a shower area rather than a narrow tub.

*Great hotel and staff were extremely helpful for check-in, suggestions, etc!! *Good location, close to public transport. *Great variety for breakfast. *Good amenities provided in room.

*There was some mould near the bathtub in our room. *No air-conditioning (not allowed until June- NOT the hotel's fault but a fan could have been provided) *Also, no pool or sauna in this hotel... but we didn't mind that

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful when we needed to see a doctor. I really can't say enough about how fantastic all the staff were and so attentive, nothing is too much trouble for them. Beautiful products in the bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a little out of the centre of Milan but very close to the underground station so you are still in easy reach of the city. Breakfast was also delicious!

The only thing is there wasn't really any parking for dropping off luggage etc, we drove to the hotel by hire car and wanted to do a drop off of our stuff before taking the car back to the rental place, but we had to pay even only for 20 minutes while we checked in. That's the only thing that could have been better and it wasn't that bad
