Towels are dirty, no soap or shampoo for hotel

I am comfortable with the bed. Very spacious room. Overall okay. Very good location. Nearby restaurants and kk mart.

The door excess is not functioning.. we can't even go out. If we go out the hotel staff had to come and open the door for us. So disappointed. Toilet should be provided toiletries. The is no toiletries. Only soap provided. Price could be cheaper.

Breakfast items are limited in number and no variation for each day.There should be more option as corn flake,Milk,Egg etc

The location is really nice ,nearby malls and monorel etc. The room quite spacious. Overall good stay.

Not much. The staff isn't that welcoming but probably due to tiredness because I check-in during night but it would be much better if he had a better expression. And the room lighting is quite dim but not that much problem.

Very affordable, convenient spot, marts,shops are nearby , walking to distance to jalan alor and bukit bintang. The hotel located right in the center of kl city . Highly recommend.

Phone not working .each time u need to go down to reception to get anything. Staff not really response well .

5 Star to staff named Marria and not for 20th Dec night staff

I arrived early by 6 o'clock morning the staff said no room even I want pay more but the morning staff ( Marria) help me to get 1 room by 8.30 am same day

Location was ok, 5 -10 minutes walk.

My room was not refurbish yet .Other floors had their rooms done. Wrong choice of floor.

The breakfast is simple but very fulfilling.

Location easy to go anywhere

it was comfortable and the staffs were super nice and friendly

i found a probably beer bottle cap under my bed. the tv was in poor quality. and there was some faded spots on the towel. but those did not really bothered me much, overall i enjoy my stay.
