Lovely rooms with a good view. They also had Incredible staff - very friendly and well spoken. The location was excellent for public transport and exploring. Very close to shops, landmarks, and plenty to do in the area.

Room was not well suited to a family of 4, despite being told it would be. We were very cramped and the beds took up the entire room except for one skinny walkway. The additional services like spa, pool and onsen were also very expensive ($40 AUD per person, per visit, in the case of the pool).

Oh my, so far I haven't seen such a top level of service in any other hotel in Japan, brilliant communication, super helpful and extremely polite staff. I took King Premium Executive room specifically to enjoy the Rainbow bridge view and I wasn't disappointed. The view is absolutely stunning, better than I expected. The room is huge and quite stylish, clean, pleasant colors of interior. We get a late check out for free and also staff kindly welcomed our request to keep our luggage for a few hours while we had a walk in the area. It's good that there is a taxi always waiting near the enterance so we don't have a mess with booking a car or waste time waiting.

The interior looks a bit old, like from 2000, although it seems they try to renovate it from time to time. The floor and carpet do not look good, there are many marks and spots, definitely need to be cleaned properly or replaced. The bath could be bigger.

Location convenient near most of sightseeing places

Housekeeping was lack of baggage racks, strictly only one rack per room. We have kids arrived with three luggage. Requested for two racks, they set the rules no they can only provide one per room with such a huge hotel was quite surprised with such reply, we upgraded to suite room, though is spacious to leave luggage around but having bad back issues, will always try was to comprised the situation. Compared to Hilton Bay hotel we had just stayed a few days before checking-in here the hotel infact provided all three baggage racks without hesitation!

We were on around 8 hotels in Japan, but this was the completely best one. The teams are great and experienced, speaks English well and knows everything! The breakfast was amazing, The services are great! (also the bus from the hotel to the airport really helped us) There is a train stop exactly on the entrance of the hotel which was great and mobile! The rooms are the best, cleaned, Greatest view ever, great facilities and TV. Obviously a 10/10 hotel, worth every single Yen!

We loved everything

It was very great hotel, the view was amazing and the rooms were big, the staff were so friendly, there are three malls at the same area and a lot of restaurants and amusement places.

It may take some time to reach the center of Tokyo and Shibuya, despite of having a train station exactly under the hotel.

The room was big and the view was great. Beds were super comfy. I could also plug my laptop into the TV and watch stuff from there. Breakfast was yummy as well!

Not great to pay ¥3500 to use the pool facilities, which are average at best. I work in aquatics and would definitely not pay that price again. At the second visit to the pool you only pay a fraction of that price, but I could’t because it was under maintenance.

I liked the location of the hotel and the presence of a train station and a mall in the same hotel

I did not like the closing of food orders that must be available throughout the day. I also did not like the times of the shuttle service to Disney, as the bus departs in the morning before breakfast, and the return time does not match the time of the amazing Disney show.

Booking.com room info said room had drinkbar. But it didnt. When I asked the staff, they said the room type I was staying didnt come with drinkbar. So i think Booking.com needs to revise their room details. Complimentary coffee the room had was very basic instant coffee. Expected more from 5 star hotel. Pillows were not comfortable. Too soft for my liking.

Fabulous location away from the bustle of Tokyo. Easy train ride to pretty much the hotel door. Good eating at the mall opposite. Staff lovely View is incredible from every room Would come again

The rooms are a bit dated and need to be refurbished. I took the same joinery out at home 30 years ago

The personnel were amazingly friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant was amazing. The room was very clean and had a wonderful view from the bed and balcony.

The style of the hotel is a little old but they keep it nice and clean. The pool is not included for the hotel guests. The price for a massage is way too expensive.
