This hotel has a train station underneath which is so convenient. We used that train to go for a trip to Kyoto. It also has wonderful restaurants and shopping. There is a free shuttle bus to the Osaka station where we went to get the bullet train to Tokyo. Tanemura Nobuaki who was chief of front desk service was exceptionally helpful, his English is excellent and he showed me everything I needed, even how to get to the nearby swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

Our standard room was a comfortable size for two, with ample space to accommodate two 32” suitcases. We were pleasantly surprised to find a DIY laundry facility on our floor, which was a definite plus. It allowed us to easily freshen up our clothes after our adventures in Tokyo. One piece of advice we'd offer is that there's a convenient shuttle bus from Osaka Station running every 15 minutes.

It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us about this shuttle when we made our reservation. Initially, we took the train to Fukushima Station, thinking it was the closest one to the hotel near Osaka Station. However, we ended up having to walk 15 minutes with our luggage. It turned out that the station just across the road from the hotel was on a different train line, so it's good to double-check your station when arriving.

This Hotel is amazing. Real top service. The staf are loads of employeés. You find them everywhere ready to help you with what ever question you may have. Before you even talk to someone, they are alteady standing in front of you. Asking how the kan help. I stayed for 6 night in de Natural Comfort room. The room had loads of space. Perfectly clean. It is cleaned every day with 2 pyjama's left on your bed every day. It was an amazing experience to see the professionalisme of this property. It is also very buitifull and very big. You can easily get lost. There is a also a great every 15mn Hotel Shuttle to Osaka station and back. Great experience. Next time I visit Japan I will definitly stay in Hotel. Great Job !

I love our stay here!! So excited to leave this review because I really believe that they are a bit underrated. This hotel is so kid-friendly (rare to find in hotels in japan). I love the fact that they also provide amenities for our toddler (from sleeping wear up to hygiene kit). Our room is located in natural comfort floors that’s why the pool club (1 lap pool, 1 leisure/spa pool with shallow part for kids and 1 jacuzzi..which we really enjoyed) and lounge area (with free yummy snacks) are free of charge. So worth the price!! I just hope that the use of fitness gym was also included as a free facility. It would be perfect! The breakfast buffet was good..lots of varieties, but some dishes are a bit bland. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Our room was big enough, also the bathroom. Staffs are friendly, accommodating and good with english.

Our non-smoking room have a bit of smell (like with the smoking room). They provided air freshener but it doesn’t eliminate the smell. It was tolerable though since we just spend one night there. Also the fitness gym is not included for free facilities and the charge is pricey.

The hotel is in the center of Osaka. It has free shuttle bus to Osaka station and back every 6mins. Room service sterilises baby bottles FOC. The building is very old for a 5 star hotel but looking forward to visit again after their renovation in 2025.

Not as many English speaking staff other than at reception and concierge. TV was all written in Japanese even their main page to explain hotel facilities. I believe they have about 4-5 shuttle buses which runs every 6 mins. There’s only 1 bus that has a slope to get on/off. It was slightly inconvenient travelling with a wheeelchair user and a double baby stroller. But please don’t be put off staying at this property. Staff and drivers are helpful. We will be definitely back!

It's a beautiful, upmarket hotel with 5 star service. We stayed in a basic double room which didn't reflect the luxury of the remaining hotel room offerings, but it was perfect for what we needed. We appreciated the free shuttle bus service which made navigating Osaka much easier!

It's not the hotel's doing, but something to be wary of is the popularity of the hotel (understandable), which resulted in hoards of snobby people pushing in line and acting elitist to check in or get on the shuttle buses first. It wasn't just subtle line cutting, but actual pushing by the other guests! A travel tip would be to check in outside of the main peak hour if possible, you might find yourself waiting for up to 45 mins. We also didn't sleep much given that the couple next door were extremely loud all night...the walls in the west wing were thinner than we thought.

I need to be fair here. I got a great price for the room and the Hotel is fabulous. The room, the facilities everything top notch. The Hotel is HUUUUGE. It has an upmarket shopping centre underneath it. You can buy a Rolls Royce !! I kid you not. There are several bars and at least six very chic restaurants. The free bus service to Osaka station runs every few minutes and is brilliant. I have no idea why this hotel is not listed as a 5* Hotel

However this hotel is an international conference centre. It is set up for corporate clients and probably sells a few extra rooms to tourists when they have them. The location is a bit isolated in terms of walking anywhere. Even the railway station attached to the hotel is a private line and would involve a lot of messing about to get anywhere interesting in Osaka. This 4* hotel has 5* prices. If your on any kind of budget apart from the ''I don't care how much it costs,'' budget then do not buy anything in this hotel. You will pay three to four times the going rate for the same thing outside

I had some concerns after reading reviews. Worries about the room being dirty or seeing 1-star reviews made me apprehensive, even though I had already made a reservation. However, as soon as I arrived, all my worries disappeared. The room was just as I had seen it in the photos. It may feel small, but that's typical for houses in downtown Japan. I've had a terrible experience with Airbnb in Japan before, so I was satisfied with the current room, at least because it matched the photos exactly. The location was excellent. It wasn't too busy, so it wasn't noisy, and it was easy to access the bustling areas. The shuttle service was great. Breakfast was also decent.

Occasionally, the staff gave the wrong information about timing, like guiding me to the business room usage an hour later, but overall, they were friendly. It was very difficult to communicate with the staff in English when trying to find the shuttle bus!

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The free shuttle bus to and from Osaka station was excellent and ran every 10 minutes or so. There was a vast selection of food for breakfast and it was very tasty. The interior design and facilities of the hotel was very nice.

The room was very small and tight for space (we had a basic twin room). When we went to use the pool facilities, we were told it would incur an additional charge (€20 pp). The price of alcohol in the hotel bar is roughly x 3 times the price you pay elsewhere in Osaka. The foyer would benefit from some soft furnishings e.g., couches to sit on.
