Stayed two nights with young child & family during end-April’23. This is a lovely hotel, based in a safe neighbourhood - very close to the old town & major tourist attractions of Lucerne, not too far from Lucerne bahnhof with well-connected multiple bus routes, nearest stop is just outside the hotel for a route, another three route stops are just 3 min walk. Even though the hotel is in old town, some of its rooms have views of snow-capped mountain picks. Pleasantly surprised with the Indian tricolour proudly flying at the hotel entrance & also one can expect at least one Indian delicacy in daily breakfast menu. The breakfast menu is very decent & the quality – taste is nothing to complain about, our room had TV & heater but not too big in floor area but not too claustrophobic either – considering this is based in the heart of the old town. The breakfast area is excellent, the hotel also boosts a operating- reception desk until 10pm….so absolutely no challenge during check-in/out procedures. The hotel also boast a fine-dining restaurants where one can enjoy cosy candle-light dinners. Indian restaurants can be found within 10-min walk from the hotel. At this tariff-point, the hotel is decent-enough. Happy to note that this hotel is run by all-women team…..hats-off! If get a chance, definitely can come back.

Nothing major…..would have been good if there was an option of in-room tea/coffee maker (even though the facility is available at the reception level for all guests). Overall, a satisfying stay for my family. No free car park availability (that’s understandable, considering the location). Wi-fi was weak inside our room, but does the job – it’s free.

I recently stayed at Hotel Drei Könige, and I must say that my experience was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I was even given a free upgraded room with a balcony. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm, which made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, which made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. I was also delighted to find that the breakfast provided was of excellent quality and provided a good start to my day. Moreover, the hotel allowed me to check in early without any additional fees, which was a nice gesture. Overall, my experience at Hotel Drei Könige was very positive, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location which is fairly close to flower bridge and the old pedestrian center. It offers a decent free breakfast. Maybe a map for how to get there will be helpful. Parking is on the street any available public parking spot. You will let the front desk know and they processed our parking fee. We parked a block away at a Friday night, something scrapped out right front headlight corner of our rental car.

The woman handling reception and all other host duties was exceptional. She helped us with outlet adapters, other room questions, and restaurants.

Soap was miniscule. Lighting was a challenge since it is concentrated in some areas and motion detectedbin bath. Too many insulting signs in multiple places about food waste. Also, priced too high by 15-20% for value. But location very good with directions marked often with with artows.

We loved the location and the staff were welcoming and friendly, breakfast was amazing, a first for me to have champagne served at the breakfast buffet... hot and cold buffet, it was delicious.

The room 406, the main two bed were very soft, but particularly the one, concaved right in the middle, was not a great night'ss sleep...only reason lost a point there

Location - out of the bustle of the old town but still close to everything, in a more 'local' area of town Very accommodating staff Our room at the top floor under the roof was very spacious, though you need to be careful with your head... Excellent breakfast! Very good value for Lucerne

Water pressure in the shower was not great Bed was on the soft side (matter of taste I guess)

The room was very clean and spacious. The location is very good, the city center is reachable on foot, there are a lot of restaurants to eat nearby. The hotel offers as well free bus tickets in the city but we didn't use them as all sights were nearby.

You have to book the parking in advance as there are just 3 places but the hotel can arrange for you the city parking for 24 h for 17 CHF.

The room was large and clean. We even got a view of the mountains. The room was very clean. The personnel was kind and warm. They gave us good travelling advices. The hotel is well located with great restaurants nearby.

The wifi connection was not very stable and fast. We needed a password to connect. Otherwise nothing to say. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The hotel was in a good location. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was excellent- they were friendly and provided lots of suggestions for where to go to eat, etc. It was a nice touch that they also provided hotel umbrellas when it rained. Would stay here again.

we upgraded for air conditioning but it isn’t able to be used during this month. we don’t think booking.com should advertise for an upgrade for air conditioning during this time when it can’t be used . we would like a request for the upgrade amount to be returned
