The hotel is located within walking distance from the entrance to the airport. | The room was tidy and clean. | There is an airport shuttle running each 20 minutes. | The proximity to the airport and the car rental parking allowed us to return the car the night before.

The room had only one set of towels, although the reservation was for two. | The airport shuttle should have kept its schedule, avoiding a 20 minutes delay. | By 8 PM, when we arrived at the hotel, there was no food service available - only drinks at the bar. | As expected for the purpose of the hotel, the room is small, but having more than two carry-ons can be difficult to manage in that space.

Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and plenty of space in the room. Bathroom facilitis perfectly fitted to room, and very clean 👍 The gentlemen who helped me at reception was excellent, polite, patient, informative and genuinely friendly 👍

The only thing I would change is on your booking confirmation. Provide details of able to walk to hotel by crossing the bridge. Would have saved me searching for a transfer that I did not need. Took 1hr 20 to get to your hotel, when I could walk there in 8 minutes (had I known). Asked 2 staff at airport how to get to IBIS and directed to number 10 then all conversation on how many stops depending which ibis hotel, neither said - just croass the bridge and turn right 🥰

This was not an expected stay, we lost our connecting flight, and had to stay in Genève for one night, this was our cheapest option, and we din;t expect much. The rooms were big, clean and the Hotel has everything there, even cheaper Beer than on any restaurant we went. Friendly staff, they explained everything regarding the public transportation. The free shuttle to the airport was a nice thing to have for the next day.

They only thing I can say is that we walked to the Hotel from the airport and the direct path to it, was through an unpaved walkway, and there was mud and some snow, the street way would have been a better choice.

Staff in genereal were exceptionally friendly, apart from the lady who took care of . When I asked for brown bread, she suggested another type of bread, which I reluctantly accepted, however, when I tried it, I did not liked it, so I left it. Also that morning the scramble eggs were quite smelly so the bread and eggs put me off. I just left it there and didn't eat breakfast. She called me back when I was going away infront of all other tourists, telling me that I shouldn't take much more than I can eat and because of that I was creating more waste in our planet earth because I did not eat my breakfast. All of this discussion infront of others and my daughter. On that day, I just went to get my breakfast as usual and this happened, That's all, I have not taken many plates full with food. Just 1 which I didn't eat cause it smelled awful for me and the bread that I can eat because of my health wasn't available because she said it was finished.

It was great having an airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Just had problems to find where to catch it on arrival at the airport. Very pleasant driver on the way to the hotel. The room was normal IBIS style but did have USB points in the lighting console which were handy. Very comfortable bed, asked for and was given a quiet room which had a TV , compact but very good bathroom with shower, small table and chair. and light reducing curtains.

As I was only there for one night and having traveled 27 hours to get there, I can't think of anything that was negative.

Cheap, comfortable beds and clean modern cosy rooms, stylish lobby, bar and reception area, very helpful and friendly staff

No kettle in the room, although the bar provides hot water. The hairdryer is so weak it didn’t work on long hair. Probably only useful for people with very short hair! This is frustrating on a business trip when I need to be professionally presented. Hotel please solve this probably by purchasing a small number of effective hairdryers and keeping them in reception, to loan out (for a deposit if you need - like the umbrellas).

The hotel was clean and provided all the basic amenities one needs for a short stay. Breakfast was good, and the variety was adequate. They even had a kids' corner where small kids could play. They also provided a hotel shuttle, which operated from 5 am till 11 am and again later in the evening. There was also a bus stop (Meyrin de Joinville), which was about 5 min walk away, where one could catch the bus number 10 to the city or to the airport.

Nothing. Small hand towels would have been nice in the room. A changing area for babies would be practical for babies downstairs.

I use this hotel often by my travels to Genf and I am very satisfied. Helpful staff, very good breakfast, walking distance to the Airport or Palexpo, free public transport card, which is very useful. Underground garage. Room is Ibis simple, but clean and comfortable bed, fast WiFi. You can buy some refreshments in the lobby bar. For sure I will come back and I fully recommend this hotel.

Very noisy air conditioner or bathroom fan in some of the neighbour rooms :(

Ibis Genève aéroport hotel is fantastic choice of hotel of you have an early flight or just want to have direct access to the airport. Its just 3-5 mins away by shuttle. Rooms- Optimize room space, bed is comfy and had good night sleep, good dim lighting Bathroom - Shower and Toilet, Consistent hot shower Lobby - Nice rest area, had foos ball and space for kids Restaurant - Decent selection of breakfast buffet. More of pastries and fruits and cold meats and cheese. Staffs are nice Free shuttle service to Airport (by schedule)

This hotel has everything you need for overnight stay before a very early morning flight. We arrived at the airport by bus from chamonix and catching the shuttle to the hotel was a breeze. We had a taxi pick us in the morning for our flight as we had at the airport around 4am. I was worried it wouldn’t come for such a short trip but it all worked well. The staff were very friendly and facilities clean, comfortable and modern.

The facility could email walking directions when bookings are made as google maps gets confused with the ramps/elevation.
