Fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms and 5 separate beds. Smart TV so we were able to watch Netflix (this is not common in other places we stayed in Japan). Also had a nice balcony allowing us to be outside while in the apartment, when we wanted. Washer dryer in the apartment and a wonderful cloths drying rack with specialized heating function. Facility offered complimentary shuttle service, dropped us off and picked us up from various near by locations when/as we needed. We went skiing mid-DEC, 2023, and when there was no snow (due to warm weather) we cut our stay short mid-stay. The property owner Erika was awesome enough to give us 50% refund (in cash) for the nights we did not use. I am quite sure this was against the cancellation and refund policies, but still they went the extra mile and did what was right by us.... highly recommended, I will surely return the next time I am in Hakuba. 5-star rating by us :-)

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Even gave us a ride to the train station when we checked out. Apartment spacious and had everything we needed. Great food from the bar downstairs and this proved an excellent option for dinner as restaurants in the area booked out quickly.

Great place to stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. PIckup from bus station, drop back off, took us to the slopes Day 1 as we missed the shuttles. Great little cafe downstairs to have a beer and a bite to eat. Bath and shower, washng machine all worked well, cooking facilities all good. Plenty of room to dry clothes. Convenience store short walk down the road (I managed to do it in a blizard) or the echoland shops are even shorter. Overall the 5 of us were very happy with Hakuba Inn Bloom.

Great stay. Apartment was bigger than expected. Staff were friendly and a nice cafe downstairs. Good location to bus stops and easy walking to Echoland which has so many good restaurants and bars. Would def stay again

Lovely little 2 bed apartment which had all the usual amenities. Plenty of drying racks for our washing too which was great. Enough beds for family of 5. Nice hot shower and bath.

Could do with a few more bin liners. Some areas of the apartment need a clean. eg in the laundry/bathroom areas.

The location was great within Echoland. the staff is friendly was easy to communicate with via LINE with anything we needed. There is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor, but the flights between floors are short. We stayed with our two dogs and many other apartments had dogs. I was amazed we did not hear any others except when in the stairwell. There is also a drying room for all your snow gear and racks by the front door. I also appreciate that the apartments are keyless entry.

Bring towels. I ignored another review that mentioned this. The host did provide some after I requested, but they aren’t plush.

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Since our group didn’t have a car, they provided transport services to get us around the area (pick up and drop off from the station, supermarket, neighbouring area). The location is also a 3-4 minute walk from Brownie station, which is a bus stop for the buses going to and from the nearby ski resort, Hakuba47. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and complete. It provides a good amount of space for five people. The room has kitchen utensils and equipment, shower amenities, laundry facilities, and even a smart tv, which can be useful for relaxing after a full day of snow sports.

nice apartment plenty of space for our family of 5. good cooking facilities and not far from the supermarket if you feel like self catering. short walk to Echoland and close to bus stops for snow fields

We had a good stay, there is a market nearby. But it's good to have a car! The room is very clean. The jasmine cafe snacks are very good. Thanks!

There was no spare toilet paper! Only 1 roll!
