Best location in Echo Land, just 3 minutes walk from Hakuba Base Camp, many local shuttles to different ski resorts. Many good restaurants,rental shops and a convenient store nearby. The Hardwares of the hotel are excellent, rooms are clean and tidy, and I feel so comfy and relaxed every night after snowboarding. Password room lock is a good, I don't need to bring a room key to the slope. Last but not least, the manager SHO is very nice and helpful, he speaks good English and knows all the needs of all skiers and snowboarders. He will do his best to accommodate your requests and needs.

The room was bigger then expected and suited our family perfectly. The breaky was perfect, just enough to start each day and the communal area's were really nice. Super super perfect location so close to the Shuttle bus stops and local store for snacks. Very clean, really enjoyed our time at the hotel and would definatelty return, great value for money.

Breakfast location was good, the area was spacey and you feel at home. Nice music and television, wifi was good, staff are cool and friendly. Camp fire with staff was cool.

About the breakfast there could be some more things to put on bread like cheese, ham, peanut butter, etc. More fruit, Yoghurt maybe, soup, eggs, rice idk. The raisin bread was not so tasty.

Hotel was very comfortable, had everything we needed, clean and very helpful and friendly staff.

Western breakfast wasn't exactly what we were hoping for. Much preferred a Japanese style of breakfast, but that's just our personal opinion. We are not cereal and white bread eaters :D

Have stayed here two years in a row now. It's great, Sho is very friendly and welcoming. Perfect location and perfect facilities. Will continue to keep staying here.

The accomadation and staff were sensational. Super close to the buses, convenience store and numerous resturants. Sho spoke amazing english which came very helpful when stuck or in need of assistance. The onsen within the accomadation was fantastic especially after long days on the slopes.

Great location, great value. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Everyone staying there was lovely too- nice chatting with everyone over the complimentary breakfast. Will be back next time I’m in Hakuba!

my clothes wasn't dry in the morning because someone turn off heat in a dry room. my ski gloves still wet for a next day to go ski

Sho was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. We were a group of 3 Americans, with no Japanese language skills and felt taken care of at all times. I was particularly impressed by the coordination between the taxi, hotels, and mountain. The facilities were great, the happy hour was fun and we were able to enjoy at our own pace.
