It was the most spacious amongst all the city hotels we stayed in. The toilet was separated from the bathroom, and both were comfortably sized. Onsen on the second floor was great although it was a bit small and could be packed during peak hours.

The location was a bit unexpected - although it's a short train ride from the central Osaka/Umeda stations, it seems to be smack in the middle of offices, so there were not as many choices for restaurants as I had in the other legs of my journey. But one train station north or south will bring you to very crowded areas with many choices for food.

I liked everything else. The room was super clean and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and they offer a free option to leave your suitcase there after you have checked out and just want to still look around the city for a bit. Amazing ...

There was really not much space in our room. We had to open our suitcase on the bed, as there was simply no space on the floor. There were a small desk and chair in the room, which were a bit unnecessary, as there was already some other desk there. The toilet seat was also too small for an average european. The only other thing I can think of was that the AC is positioned in a way that it blows cold air directly onto the bed, which almost made me sick, as we had to let it run overnight, as it was simply too hot in the room.

Good location, very close to Umeda and relatively close to Namba. Personnel is very friendly, hotel has good laundry options, vending machines etc. Rooms are not very spacious, but have everything you could need. Love the bathtub that has the option to automatically switch off when filled to a certain amount. They have the option to switch pillows for a more suitable one and a lot of stuff for rent. There is an option to not have your room cleaned every day, if you pick it you get a free water bottle!

For me in all of Japan so far I've found the mattresses a little hard for my taste. But other than that I can't think of any negatives!

Breakfast was great! We always put do not disturb on our hotels to make less work for housekeeping but they kept giving us fresh towels and new water bottles every day by leaving it on the door handle in a bag! The pillow bar was an absolute must, and we’re so glad it was there! The facilities were easy to use and they had almost everything available on the computers at the front desk.

It was a little hard to communicate with the staff, but we don’t understand or speak a lot of Japanese so we can’t really be upset about it! They were all nice and courteous and gave us as much time as they could.

Staff were always friendly. Onsen was a nice room. Location works really well, very central. Maybe the fastest internet I experienced at a hotel in Japan.

Some rooms have the window totally frosted out, which feels nothing short of claustrophobic. I would recommend for the hotel to remove the frosting film, as being able to see out the window even at a close building is a lot better. They did swap my room, but would have been a horrible scenario if they didn’t as I had booked four nights.

it is in good lication just walking 4 minutes to reach subway, upon reaching subway station on your right gand will becstairs and left handside the elevator is located in front of building so, it is satisfied who travelled with luggages.

in my point of view, everything is in good and comfort, only women onsen room which I think it is not privacy enough because if you have room keycard you can enter the room no matter you are men or women. This is the reason to cause me changing my mind to use bath tub in my room instead of onsen

The hotel room was new and tidy. The hotel had an onsen at the 2/f which was very relaxing. The breakfast was tasty especially the Japanese styled items. The hotel was located in the business district of Osaka which was safe and quiet, but at the same time it was convenient to go to Umeda and Namba by metro as well as Kyoto by the Keihan railway. The staff of the hotel were all very polite and willing to help. One of the staff we met could speak Chinese.

This is by far the best hotel we stayed at. The receptionists were always polite yet courteous. The breakfast had a good variety of items and everything looked fresh. Although the room is small, it had everything we need. The pillows were comfortable and we had two nights of excellent sleep. The onsen was in the property so it was very convenient. It was very relaxing.

The location is near the train station. The hotel also provide additional amenities, such as iron, hair dryer, pillows, etc. The front desk was very helpful.

The room was too small for 2 people. If you are a solo traveller, this hotel is good fory you.

Th property was in a quiet area and was close to a train station.

Very minor. I walked past the entrance as the front of the building was under construction.
