We stayed here for 5 night during our trip in Osaka and Kyoto. The rooms were pretty clean, although, not very spacious, but this is to be expected for most hotel in Japan so it didn't bother us that much. Unlike the bedroom, bathroom was relative big with a tub which we did enjoy. The hotel provide a free complimentary breakfast of rice ball, but we didn't take it for the whole duration of stay since we preferred to buy some breakfast from a large supermarket nearby instead. The location of hotel is quite good, locate in a relative clean neighborhood and very close to the subway with access right next to the aforementioned supermarket. Though if you have big luggage with you, it is better to get out of the subway at exit 9 with elevator.

This might be a mistake made by us when booking the hotel, but we ended up getting one of the two room to be a smoking room with strong lingering smell of cigarette instead of 2 non-smoking room.

Great location, easy to find, good home base. There's even a supermarket by the station exit that has great deals on Bento lunches! As an aside, get the Osaka Amazing Pass or an IC card and the e-pass ;-)

It's nice that they offer a free breakfast, but it's just two basic rice balls with miso soup so it feels incomplete. If it weren't for the coffee and juice I'd say to just buy a better rice ball from a convenience store.

This hotel was a great find. Location couldn't be beat. Staff were great. Room was clean and, although small, was well equipped. We would stay back here next time if it was available

Breakfast was a little basic, but okay.

Close to yodoyabashi subway station and everything was very new. An area was dedicated for visitors to take the toiletries that the hotel provides as well.

Breakfast menu was a bit lacking. The cafe just provided salmon and bonito rice balls along with miso soup and coffee, tea or orange juice.

Very comfy beds. Good size room. Nice bath. Overall very pleasant.

There seemed to be an office opposite when you open the curtains, this is Japan though and space is hard to come by so more of a note than a criticism, we just kept the curtains closed.

I have never stayed at such a quiet hotel before. The shower pressure was great! Light breakfast was delicious and the perfect way to start off to the day. We loved this hotel as the location was safe and steps away from the subway line, Family Mart and a fancy grocery store. We discovered people walking (in work attire) at all hours of the night so it was very safe to wander about past 10p. We really enjoyed Osaka!

Parking issues with our rented car - that’s not part of the hotel. If we didn’t move our car by 8/9am, we’d get a hefty parking fee ($50!) around the business area.

Larger than normal sized room (for Japan) with a desk and chair, and larger than normal sized bathroom. Staff were helpful and helped us as we only spoke english. Access to ice machine, microwave, and laundry with great washer/dryer in one machine, so we could do a single load and come back 2 hours later. Complimentary breakfast was same set every day, but the food, coffee and OJ was tasty which provided some fuel for the day. It is 100m from three convenience stores and the Yodoyabashi Subway Station.

Modern, clean and tidy. Room was a little small for luggage but otherwise great. The bed was very comfortable and great to have fat fluffy pillows. The location was good being very close to the metro and walking distance to other popular spots in the area. The included breakfast is Japanese style but very tasty and set in a nice restaurant downstairs in the hotel. Overall a great, comfortable stay, would be happy to stay again.

the room didn’t have a huge amount of natural light which was a little unfortunate but I’m sure not all rooms have this issue.

Easy vending machine check-in, close to subway, grocery store and FamilyMart, comfortable bed, good hot shower with instant hot water, quiet.

Room a tad small, slow elevators, only two coin operated washer/dryers (should have separate machines as the wait for an entire wash & dry is ridiculous, better to be able to do washing when others are drying), average lighting especially in room entry.
