Everything. Spacious room, affordable, location is perfectly in Dotonbori, Takoyaki is just outside the hotel. Toilets are spacious, the tv has youtube, free coffee and hot choco in the lobby, staff is really friendly and helpful, despite being a newer hotel, they helped us book our bags via Yamato, they did everything themselves quickly too. There is also a washing machine in the hotel, quite affordable too, detergent is provided. I love everything about this hotel.

The mini breakfast buffet had a good range of options, as well as the beverage options that are available at the hotel reception area! The staff were also helpful in helping us coordinate our Black Cat luggage delivery to our next hotel in Kyoto, allowing us to travel luggage free after checking out on our last day in Osaka. Location-wise, the hotel is sited right smack in the Dotonbori area so you will not be lacking for food options in the area (they can be pricey tho!)

The Dotonbori area is quite crowded with tourists especially from 11am onwards. So if you prefer a quieter location, you may want to consider another hotel. Although to be fair, we did not experience any noise nuisances during our stay at this hotel, so the sound-proofing should be sufficient!

- Modern boutique hotel. Rooms comfortable and clean. - Location was fantastic! Right in the heart of Dontonburi - immediate access to food and bustling culture as you step out of the front door! - The staff were impeccable - lovely and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. - Bonus - could do laundry at the hotel. 2 hours to wash and dry clothes. Super convenient. We travelled with kids and grandparents which meant we had to be selective with our accommodation. I would highly recommend Forza travelling with family.

Whilst at not fault of the hotel and due to the location, we had to walk to the Main Street to catch a taxi back to the train station. It was only about 3 mins - worth the walk!

The location of this hotel is EVERYTHING! Literally on the famous Dotonbori street! The view is fantastic, and when you exit the hotel, you are in the heart of the restaurants and shops of the area. Just a few minutes away from the famous Glico man and right next to the huge Don Quijote Dotonbori shop with the famous yellow ferry wheel! The room was clean and the space was okay, keeping in mind that most hotel rooms in Japan big cities are tiny.

Internet coverage was poor sometimes.

Everything about this hotel is great. We're a family of 4, 2 kids under 10 and we fit comfortably in the 3 beds setting (pushed together). Room was small but absolutely sufficient. Great bathroom setup with the roomy wet bath/shower combo. Separate toilet is great too. The breakfast were amazing, I looked forward to it every day. Staff were amazing, they assisted us with using luggage forwarding service to the next hotel. The location is so awesome and not sure how, but it was so quiet despite being smack bang in the middle of Dottonbori! Having Kura sushi downstairs was also great as we can rest in hotel room while waiting for the queue.

The laundry room is rather small and a bit tricky to predict when it'll be available.

Location is fantastic right on the pedestrian mall of Dotombori with all its action right outside our window. 12th floor room had wonderful views. Wifi worked well. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had wide selection.

These are minor complains, but....the hotel refused to serve us breakfast until I went to the front desk for new breakfast vouchers (okay, my fault for forgetting them) instead of just checking our name and room numbers off a list like everywhere else. The fancy automatic check-in system still has a few bugs. Still would be happy to stay here again.

Location! It's perfect to stay with 2 kids in winter. When we were tired after a day trip out. The kids can just stay in the hotel, and the adults can just roam around the busy streets in search of more food and fun! There is plenty of delicious and affordable food, not to mention a shopping haven for kids and adults. It is very near Namba Station, 7 min if it is not crowded.. The soundproofing is superb! No noise from neighbouring rooms or the streets, despite them being very busy most tme of the day. The morning buffet breakfast was a great introduction to the local food, and they tasted fresh and delicious. A good spread of local and western food.

The room is rather small. Limited walkways after being occupied by all the bags and luggage.

Located at the heart of Dotonburi, surrounded by lots of food options and shopping, Family Mart right across as well, super convenient. From memory theirs was one of the better hotel breakfasts we had as well while in Japan, definitely recommend their breakfast!

Overall, amazing! I would stay again, except for improvement maybe they are better off putting bunk beds for the triple room if 3 adults and 3 kids can fit but if their design wouldn’t allow for it then i guess it can’t be helped. If I remember correctly they had a vending machine at the laundry area but didn’t have cola so had to go to Family Mart to get some, no big deal though!

Excellent location, right on the main strip Doutonbori. view out the window for the Don Quijote ferris wheel and down onto the busy food street but amazingly you cannot hear all the noise and are able to sleep well. the blinds are complete block out (WOWWWW). All day access to a coffee machine in reception, a vending machine for drinks and a setting of washer/dryers to utilise. allowed us to check in early for 1000yen when I was bordering on heatstroke. allowed luggage storage prior to check-in and on check-out as well.
