Best location, comfy, cleanliness.

The room was spacious. I liked that it had a room divider so that people wouldn't have to intrude on each other. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower. The kitchen was small but enough and they provided the utensils that we needed during our stay. Trash was easy to understand and straightforward to get rid of.

Communicating with someone over tablet to check in and get the door code was okay, but it made it a bit inconvenient if we had any questions. The bin to throw away trash at the end of our stay was located outside of a building that you got to through a door that locked when closed. That confused me a bit because that means at least 2 people needed to be there to remove the trash? Makes it a bit inconvenient of someone were to travel on their own, perhaps.

Location was excellent

Everything was great but only thing we didn’t like was that the water pressure was very weak from 9PM - 11PM after that the water pressure was back to normal.

Hotel was great overall. They had a self-service baggage storage for before and after check in/out, which was helpful. The room itself was nice and spacious. Great location as it was walking distance to Dotonbori and the train station.

There’s only one air conditioner in the property which is in the main bedroom. If you’re staying with a group, like we did, then the kitchen area where the other bed is gets really hot as the other occupants close the sliding door for privacy to their part of the property when sleeping. A second air conditioner would help make the property more comfortable for groups that stay in this place, especially in summer.

Really spacious room. Enough space for big luggages and 5 paxs to stay. Family mart and 711 just round the corners. Dotonburi and Kuromon market also just stone throw away. Overall will recommend others to stay here when they visit Osaka.

The guide to the accommodation is not that clear. A bit confusing especially the route for Namba stn. Namba stn is a huge stn with a lot of exits and distractions. Getting from Namba stn to the accommodation is also long if exited wrongly. Suggest to just state the direction to accomodation from nipponbashi kintsetu stn. Way easier for ppl to find the way as it is just round the corner

Location was very close to dotombori and kuromon market. Room was very clean and exactly as described. All room guidance was provided in a binder.

While the location was very close to the dotombori and kuromon market area, it was also surrounded by love hotels which made some of my group a little uncomfortable

We have stayed in this area of Nipponbashi in the past and our stay at Bon Namba Nipponbashi is the best. New Condo. We booked for 3 rooms for 9 persons. Rooms are so spacious. Two beds plus a sofa bed are available in each room. Each bed can accommodate 2 persons . So very comfortable for 3 persons per room although you can book max of 5 in the room. The cleanliness of the rooms are noteworthy. Vacuum cleaner is provided so you can clean the room if you want. Laundry room, vendo machine for drinks as well as luggage storage spaces are available at the ground floor. Lastly, nothing beats the location since it is short distance to Kurumon Market as well as the Dotonburi and Namba areas.

Amazing location 3 min walk to Dotonbori and 2 min walk to Kuromon Market. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper is never an issue with so many options nearby! Room also came with laundry machine which was great for our 9D8N stay (am surprised some reviews mentioned they had to use coin laundry).

Check-in and check-out is strictly at 4pm and 10am respectively which I find very late (for check in) and early (for check out)- thank goodness luggage storage is available! The room floor and toilet was clean but some furniture remained dusty.

Clean and spacious room with new and modern design with complete amenities (kitchen and bathroom) Location quite strategic (depend on your needs) Kurumon market just 1 minute Dontonburi shinsabaishi and namba within 5minuts walk But have to be aware the sorrouding is very quites qnd theres a rule we can not be noisy during 9pm-5am

Quite trouble if you bring big luggage from airport at late because we need to change station The best is ride to Namba and get a cab (take about 5USD) And the owner should consider to offer the guesr to clean the place (we don't mind if it's an extra charge) because we stay with children (it must be messy hahaha)
