Very reasonably priced. The room was of a decent size with a great bathroom set up. The evening staff in particular were super friendly. The location is great, not in the thick of it but only a 10min walk to heaps of great malls and 15mins to Dotonburi. The streets around it are really cute too.

They don't help you with luggage forwarding so you have to go to the 711 if you want to use Yamato etc which was a real bummer. The window we had looked onto a brick wall which while not a big deal did kind of suck. Breakfast looked not great ( can't attest to taste - we couldn't eat it anyways due to being veg). It was 2 tiny sausages, mashed potatoes and egg with the bread of the day / crossiants. But the juice and coffee were a good start to each morning. Beds were the hardest we slept on across 6 hotels we stayed on this trip and the pillow (only 1 supplied) is super flat. Our backs and necks were actually cooked from them. However, the evening staff were kind enough to give us an extra pillow each which was actually puffier and did make a bit of a difference!

Everything was professional, clean, and exceeded my standards during my visit. The 24 hour staff were incredibly friendly and responsive to my needs throughout my entire stay. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom/shower was clean and additional amenities were available in the lobby area. I liked the comfortable pajama set they provided. Great value if you want to stay in Osaka and don't mind walking/being slightly further away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions.

None. The breakfast is almost exactly the same everyday, but it was overall satisfactory for me. That is something to keep in mind if you prefer variety for your morning meal.

Bigger than average room size and a light but delicious breakfast. The best point however is the bath: standard in the class would be a unit bath, so one big plastic cell combining toilet, shower, bath and vanity. This place shines with a full typical Japanese bath set up: separate toilet room (of course a proper washlet) and the bath area has both a space to shower and then jump into a nice big and deep bathtub after cleaning yourself. Absolute bliss after an exhausting day. The rooms are also very quiet, both regarding street noise (there is none, due to the side street location) and other guests.

I recently stayed at hotel Folio and wanted to share my positive experience. While the room was on the smaller side, it was surprisingly comfortable. The standout feature was the spacious bathroom. The staff was exceptionally kind and always available to assist, adding a warm touch to my stay. Despite being a simple hotel, the service was top-notch. The hotel's location near Dotonbori is a major plus, making it convenient for exploring the vibrant surroundings. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a cozy and comfortable stay with excellent service.

I liked it because the whole place was clean. The place smells nice. The people there were a friendly and accommodating. Whenever we asked questions for directions they made their way to give us precise answers. We followed it and we arrived at our destination safely so great job to the receptionists! Enjoyed their free breakfast too. The location is far from busy area which is an advantage because it's safe. Not too crowded

Room is new and cleaned. Traditional Japanese bathroom with massage bathtub. The bath set is prefect smell very Banyan Tree style. The duvet is light and soft, for Asian people the soft of bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is provided as a set meal with some simple food but it’s ok under this rate. Hotel staff also very warm-hearted. 2 connivence stores nearby ( Family Mart in the back and 7-11 in the corner).

The room has no closet just hangers on the wall. The design is such that a lot of area is spent on the shower and bath, and less on the bedding area. Breakfast is served by fixed amount, the staff gives you a tray with the items. They did not offer black tea for breakfast - strange ! .

The staff was very accommodating and the room were spacious enough that we can open our luggages on the floor! The comfort room were amazing too and the breakfast was a nice addition. Location was great too! Lots of places to eat, shop, and very near to convenience stores!

Good location and friendly staff. Our room was quite spacious for Japanese standards and well ventilated. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in. I like that the wet and dry parts of the bathroom were separated which made it easier for two people to get ready. Breakfasts were very similar each day but they were fresh and tasty.

Very convenient location 10 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi Station and 5 minutes walk from Nagahoribashi Station, close to convenient store (Family Mart) & Japan tax-free shop. The room is very clean and cozy. The hotel staff very friendly, polite and helpful.
