There is desk space at Lv2 for me to eat my supper I bought from 7-11. I also LOVE the breakfast provided.

The space is too small. Not enough space to open up multiple luggage. The default pillow is bad too, even though they provided the one with cotton, but they are limited and need to go grab it at 3pm onwards.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was near the Nipponbashi station and opposite to the Kuromon fish market. Highly recommended for people who like sushi and sashimi. Very convenient! There was happy hours with free drinks also.

We could hear all the noise and footsteps from the outside of the door. The room was pretty small.

So many amenities and the location was central to everything.

Only one elevator and a staircase that was only open from 7am-10am. Meant an extra 10mins just to get out. The pillow in the room was rock hard with beads in it and you had to grab a normal pillow from reception but they only had a small number so the first three nights I had to use a blanket as a pillow.

Rooms are small, so take that into account. If room size isn't an issue you won't be sorry to stay here. There is a laundry on site (100 yen) and there is drinks in the arvo and breaky in the morning. You're an 11 minute walk to Dontonbori so you are right in the mix. Loved it here and will stay I'm next in Osaka.

Great little hotel in the hustle and bustle of Namba. Welcoming and helpful staff, Lawson right next door and great bonus of open free bar from 2-8pm with wine, spirits and soft drinks. There is also a beer vending machine and you are welcome to bring in outside food to eat, which was great at the end of a busy walking day around town. Close to Namba and Nippombashi train station and plenty of restaurants, shops, bars around. The rooms are small and the bathrooms smaller, but totally fine for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers- we had 2 double rooms. We had some luggage sent and stored from the ski fields with no issues and they were happy to store our bags before our evening flight. Breakfast was mostly Asian, but totally adequate.

Yes, there is only 1 lift, so trying to get down for breakfast at around 8.30am was a long wait as people were trying to also check out, and there was not a lot of room. We ended up going up, to come down.

The welcome was very impressive - staff were incredibly friendly and informative. There was a wall of different hardness pillow toppers - a pillow menu. Plus, I got to choose out of a range of sample complimentary toiletry products. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the location was brilliant. The welcome drink was a bit of a surprise - wine and spirits with mixers available for you to help yourself in paper cups. For breakfast there was a wide variety so you could sample different Japanese dishes. There was also bread, croissants and more Western options. The location was great, right next to all the action in the food streets.

Even with the pillow menu the pillows were very uncomfortable - but I found this true of most of the accomodation in Japan. If you're fussy with your pillows make sure you bring one from home. We had a lovely stay, and I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Osaka.

breakfast choices are good and has variety day after day. location is just perfect for us - very near the Nipponbashi subway station and the Nankai Namba station. staff are all so friendly, very accommodating and ready to help. room amenities are good enough for the price. i love of the sustainable goals which the hotel advocates.

i missed to get the diamond face masks provided for free to the guests - maybe some got more than their share, so i suggest for the hotel to consider a controlled issuance per guest. i missed the soft pillows during my 1st 2 nights - pls ensure availability for all guests limited breakfast on some days - the portions are not enough for the guests; didnt last before the 9am cut off.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and they could speak English very well. Good breakfast was also provided and there were free drinks in the afternoon as well. It was also possible to order food and eat at the lounge which was also great! The rooms were very clean as well, and free soaps were also provided. We were also provided with clean towels every day. Moreover, guests were provided with bath salts, pajamas and you could even swap the pillow if you didn't like the one you were given.

The room wasn't very spacious which might be a hindrance for people who spend a long time in their rooms. However, if you're traveling with friends, or solo, and you just want a safe and clean space to sleep in, I don't think that it should be a problem for you!
