The room is very spacious. There were space to walk about even with 3 single beds. There is even a massage chair in the room. The buffet breakfast spread is also great. For Western style, there is boil eggs, sausages, bacon and 3 types of bread. For local, there are 4 dishes and one soup with rice. There is coffee and various cold drinks.

There is only one usb charging point. It would have been great if there were more points given that the room is for 3 adults. However this is just a minor issue. Overall stay was great.

Fantastic staff. Professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was quite large and had everything one needs plus a massage chair, fridge/freezer and a karioke machine. Beds and pillows were comfy and clean. We had standard single beds which was a little adjustment from the king singles we had at other hotels but for me, this was by far the most comfortable bed on our trip. Location is amazing especially if you enjoy good food and shopping.

Entry to the building is not mobility friendly. Stairs down to the lobby and into the dining room for breakfast. If you are a chair/walker or have difficulties with stairs, this was a barrier. Once inside the room, there was a step up into the toilet and another little step into the shower/bathroom. The bathroom/toilet was very hot and we couldnt turn the toilet seat heating function off. Although we were on a no smoking floor, we seemed to still have a significant cigarette smoke smell in our room that might have been coming through the vent.

The size of the room was HUGE! And the bathroom was amazing, with jacuzzi functions and a splash-anywhere shower room. The king-size bed was perfect for two. This was (and still is on some floors) a love hotel. There is a separate check-in for full-on guests as opposed to the one's coming in for only a few hours. Love hotels have all the things regular business hotels don't: Giant tv screen where you can sing-along to karaoke (mics are in the room.) Really soft bath robes and yukata pajamas. All sorts of amenities for the bath and shower. Spacious. Fun!

Everything was fine.

very good location. between kuromon market and dohtonbori. few meters from namba parks. close to metro exit accessible for wheelchairs. beds and pillows comfortable. rooms were surprisingly roomy. bathroom was roomy too. clean rooms and hotels. massage chair in the room was a nice surprise. it proved very useful after long walks and siteseeing every day.

decor was dated in the 80s but can get over that given location and amenities of the place and cleanliness. bathroom tiles were rough though. one of our party is paralyzed and she was very conscious about not getting scraped while she moved around in the shower. maybe a rubber mat inside the shower area would have helped.

Good location to access different train lines. Denden town just down the road and Dotonbori for night life. Firm bed which was the only negative as the room was huge for Japan.

The firm bed was an issue. Put a mattress pillow top on your beds base and that will give you a fair idea. Most hotels in this price bracket like that in Japan. Also this is a love hotel not a huge problem but could just hear some noise

Our check in associate had such a warm and fun yet professional personality. The hotel was very clean, lots of amenities for drying/styling hair, toiletries, etc. complimentary snacks and water in room, and the room was huge. I’m so pleased we stayed here and would do so again. Some reviews call it a love hotel. If it is, we would never have noticed, and who cares if it is?! Furamo (I think that’s the name) Market is close by, check it out, also the Family mart is next door, so handy.

This is a winner for sure! You do need to have a bit of an open mind due to it being a love hotel however the rooms are enormous, the bathroom and spa bath were impeccable. Huge tv and pretty great views. Would stay here again without second thought. There was also complimentary breakfast on offer and a massage chair.

Bed was ever so slightly on the firm side

Well located hotel in Namba area, close to many good restaurants and pubs and to Dotonbori. Comfortable room with spacious private bathroom equipped with a shower, bubble bath, TV screen and a large variety of toiletries and wellness products. Simple but also good breakfast. Efficient staff.

Everything is bagged in plastic: towels, TV and AC remote control...

Filipina manager is friendly and accommodating, location is superb being near to shopping areas and tourist spots

Consideration of the child's age since she's just a frail little girl who looked like a 4 year old child. She didn't even use a separate bed.

The room was so spacious. Staff were all polite and gracious. Breakfast was good. Location is very near Kuromon ,DonQ, Dotombori area.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. After a long walk during the day, we can have a relaxing massage, jacuzzi and a big bed.
