The location is perfect for me as it is between Nipponbashi and Dontobori, and that's all the places I intended to visit for this trip. There is a mini pantry area too, which offers tea, coffee and ICE! Perfect for the hot summer in Japan.

We did ask for extra pillows but they didn't come, as the originally provided pillow is almost non-existent. This isn't any dealbreaker issue, as we didn't ask for it again the second time, I am sure it would have been delivered if we asked again. Maybe a fluffier or a taller pillow would have been better :D

staff is okay but not that helpful. tried to ask them to make restaurant reservation before arrival but they initially refused saying we have to arrive first before they can make reservation(obviously all best places would already be fully booked). in the end they tried to call restaurant for us but gave very minimal information saying restaurant is full. I found out later when asking another hotel to call that while the restaurant is full, after 8pm there are decent chance of simply walking in and getting a table

The room was clean in an excellent location and the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel has a coffee machine to use for free which was very nice. When we asked that the room not be cleaned, they put bottles of water and clean towels outside the door every day!

The room was small and cramped and opening the suitcases it was not possible to go to the bathroom :(

Reservation online and the check-in were easy to do on the same day of the trip. Room was quite sizeable for the location of the hotel. Conveniently located in the city centre next to Denden Town. Bathtub is Japanese style so expect something cube shaped rather than a regular European style one.

Overall a good experience, definitely needed some rest after a long haul flight, and this was a perfect fit. A bit expensive for what you can get around Osaka but it does hold up to what you're paying.

Easy to find a location, large room, comfy bed, best bathroom, the location near Namba center, anime stuffs shop and shopping spot. Easy to transport to Kansai Airport.

Noisy around hotel because it's on the main road and crowed area. There is no laundry room.

Location and value for your money. Staff was attentive and quick to respond to my request for bottled water even at 4:40 AM. Delivered in less than a minute. Property also allowed me to leave my luggage as I had a few hours after check out before my flight.

Liked the location, spaciousness, and overall design of the room. Also nice touch with the reading lamps on the bed’s head boards.

Walls were a little thin, smoke seemed to find its way into my room, despite it being a non-smoking one. Stained curtains. Pillow was uncomfortable.

It would be good if there is a box available to drop the keys for checkout. The laundry piled up at the lobby seemed a bit odd - perhaps a screen or divider would help to block the unsightly view.

Location is good, right near denden town. 10 min walk to Namba, I paid for the location. Room was very clean.

Can hear other rooms and cars on the street. I am a heavy sleaper so it doesn't bother me. The shower is incredibly small as is the space between the wall and the toilet.

The location is right next to Den Den Town (for me as a manga fan pure luck 🤩). It was super clean, the bed was comfy and the shower huge 😍 I loved the extra night gown amenity! I would book here again!

It's pretty pricey, but it's Osaka 😅
