This hotel was in a prime location. The staff was extremely accommodating. The room that we originally had was a twin room that claimed to sleep 4. However, when we made it to the room, we were extremely disappointed with the floor space and size of the beds. We spoke to the receptionist and she showed us two other options that they had available and we were able to move our room to the triple bunk. This room easily slept 4 girls and we had enough storage and floor space for our luggage. This greatly enhanced our stay and feeling regarding the property. Also, after check out, reception kept our bags in the lobby until we were finished exploring Osaka. So wonderful!

There is no way the room advertised to sleep 4 could actually do that. we would have been cramped and it would have made enjoying our time difficult.

Location, location, location! It was so close to Namba station, thus saving time to travel around Osaka. Kuromon Market is in short walking distance that we had a superb otoro and ell breakfast everyday while we stayed there.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom and there is literally no space for open all the suitcases. We had to take turn using the small area by the door to open the luggage. Also, the dust is everywhere. Our allergy-prone friend was quite concerned (though no symptom yet). However our friends stayed in a 2-bedroom and had no issues. So this could be a matter of 3 bedrooms.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Can't beat it! It was new and clean. The shower was fantastic!!!!

We had a double room that allowed 3 people and that mean 2 beds pushed together for 3 people which included our 17 year old daughter. What would make the stay and our sleeping a tremendous amount better is if they had available a mattress topper to put across these beds when 3 people stay in this double room so no one has to sleep in the crack. It is an inexpensive and simple fix. Also this was the 5th city and hotel we stayed in on our trip to Japan. All toilets had Japanese bidets. This was the only one that did not have a heated toilet seat.

Location was great. Very near the mtr and train stations. Very close to good restaurants and food stalls and to the shopping places as well. Will book with them again when I go back to Osaka.

Just like other Japanese Hotels, room space was a bit cramped to open 3 luggages at the same time. 😊But will definitely book again when I go back to Osaka.

Great location. Just a few meters from metro exit. Retro decoration. Good to have luggage deposit before check-in and after check out.

Air con filter is quiet dirty (I slept on 3rd level of bunk bed so I could see Air con from top) Other than that, the place is very nice.

Near subway, Kuromon Market, Namba walk, Ebisu-bashi, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Clearly and interesting building design.

The room is not clean. There is quite a lot of dust that makes my wife sneeze often. When I leave my luggages, staff looks not friendly.

Staff are helpful and rooms are clean. Very near train stn and attractions.

The hotel is not manned after 11pm. So anything u need, have to do it before 11pm.

Quirky and a bit of fun. Clean, comfortable with a great location. Staff were helpful and held our luggage for a day so we could explore easily whilst awaiting a late flight.

It does not have 24hour check in.

they leave fresh towels outside the door everyday even though housekeeping wasn’t requested.
