Great location, close to basically everything lively in the city. There are many convenience stores, drugstores, arcades, pachinko places, shopping malls, and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and it was easy to find the place.

The room was quite tight for 3 girls, we had to make space by moving a bunch of things in the room so that we could open at least 2 of our 5 suitcases (3 small ones and 2 large ones). The laundry is not free so expect to pay with some coins. They only clean your room once during the whole stay (we stayed for 6 nights) and you have to pick a day (this is honestly neither good nor too bad because we didn't need much cleaning).

Loved everything about this property! Location - close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori etc. - Very accessible to Nippombashi at Namba Station. Lots of dining options and also a Family Mart nearby. Customer service is superb. - I left something in their hotel and wasnt able to realize it until I got back home in my country! So thankful they found it and they immediately shipped it to my address. Loved the vibe of the property and also the coffee station in their lobby is a bonus too!

Nothing! The rooms are quite small but it didnt bother me at all :)

The location was amazing - right in Namba, but on a quiet-ish street, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Also, the breakfast was thoughtful and tasty -- there were 3 different menu options ranging from japanese to western to pick from each day. I didn't rent any bicycles, but that probably would be awesome. I liked my room, and the fact it had a desk. somewhere to sit other than the bed -- I always forget to look for that in hotel descriptions, so it's really my fault when i don't get it, but it's a nice thing to have in a hotel room after you've been walking all day.

It really was an excellent stay, so this is not a criticism - just something i noticed in different hotels across Japan - that would've been nice -- a smart TV. Not that I was in Japan to watch TV, and of course i didn't expect to find any english (except maybe bbc news?), so it's not a complaint, just an observation. It was nice in other hotels to be able to pull up YouTube and watch videos about the city or whatnot while I was getting ready.

Great location down an alley, walking distance to fish market and main Namba shopping street. Easy walk from public transport train/metro. Great crash pad after flying into osaka airport. Even though the room was small it was still possible to open a large suitcase on the floor

Not much flexibility at front desk I could not check in until exactly 15:00 … not a minute earlier. I arrived back at the hotel after a long day of site-seeing at 14:45 and had wait 15 min to be allowed the key.

This place is in an excellent location and has a "cool, hip" look to it. The rooms (we stayed in two different rooms, selecting Japanese style) were quite small in size but very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and the traditional (what we call) "bean pillows" (no idea what they are actually filled with but, I like them). Breakfast was ok we're vegetarian so we just ignored the meat that came with it.

This place is a bit larger than the sort of place we typically stay and I found that to lead to a bit of a less personal engagement with staff. For example, we were charged for early arrival (1.5 hrs) even though the room was clearly there and ready. They advertise a "free drink" at check-in. We checked in twice and were not offered this either time. No coffee or tea was available in the room (but it was free downstairs in the lobby), that sort of thing.

The hotel is really good😊 The room was small but had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The stuff is very friendly and nice. They even gave us some recommendations about the places to visit. Also the hotel has a very nice restaurant. We had breakfast there (it was included), and it was extremely tasty 😍 So this hotel feels like it has an atmosphere and soul :) It's not just a room in the building like in other places.

For some people, I think the room may seem small. But for us, it was perfect (we are a couple of 172cm and 185 cm).

This is a great, centrally located spot to stay in Osaka. While we were only there for one night, we were able to walk to many of the sights easily from the hostel, as well as bars, restaurants and great nightlife. I have an allergy to feathers and while the staff did not have any hypoallergenic options available, the staff did "make" a pillow for me out of a blanket and a pillowcase and brought up extra blankets for me to make sure I was comfortable.

A note here about the lack of hypoallergenic options - something to note to reach out to them far in advance if you have a specific need. Additionally, the room was really tiny...the smallest of our entire stay in East/South East Asia. But that said, if you don't plan to do much more than sleep in that space, it's a great option to stay in the heart of Osaka.

Location is perfect for all the eateries and markets around Dotonbori. The subway is very close. Our room was compact but had everything you need for a comfortable stay including excellent reception staff and servicing of the room. They tagged and stored our luggage for free after we checked out as we didnt leave Osaka till late. Free coffee in the lobby sitting area was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was compact making it a bit tricky to store and access our suitcases but that wouldnt stop me from staying there again.

The hotel is a comfy Japanese style hotel at a great location next to Namba and Dotonbori. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean upon check-in and no complaints on general cleanliness. You can choose English or Japanese breakfast and from our experience the Japanese one was great (we did not test English one)! Room had limited floor space so one might have to juggle with luggage a bit (open only one at one time) but we didn't feel it was too much of a problem in the end.

The sounds/voices from the hallway can be clearly heard in the room so maybe could be worth considering some isolation on the room door. Not a big thing but just something to look at and improve :)

Very central location, close to the station, lots of restaurants around. We didn't have breakfast there. To my knowledge there was no onsen/bath/sauna. The staff doesn't always speak much English so sometimes it took a bit of effort to come to an understanding, but they were always nice. We could leave our bags before check-in / after check-out. The rooms are quite small for 2 people, even with the suitcases stocked closed (you cannot leave them open!).

Rooms are small. It's doable for a couple, but worth knowing -- if you have several suitcases might not be comfortable.
