I traveled with my parents throughout Japan for 21 days. During this time we stayed at 7 different hotels in different areas of Japan. In general, we found all Japanese hotels to an above acceptable standard, and HOTEL MYSTAYS Shin Osaka Conference Center demonstrated this. The rooms in this hotel were smaller than some other hotels we stayed in, but the space was clean, comfortable, and overall workable. The location was within easy walking distance from the train station and the hotel provided umbrellas when it was raining. The staff were friendly, helpful and easily used Google Translate to communicate where required. I enjoyed looking out my window and seeing the Bullet Trains going into the station.

The hotel very minor thing I didn't like was the washing machines in the area of the hotel where smoking was allowed.

I stay here because this hotel is the venue for the conference that I participated. The signboard of this hotel is easily seen from the main road. We like its location that is near to Shin Osaka station, a convenient store and there is a halal restaurant nearby. The staff are friendly, helpful and communicate well in English. The facilities are sufficient for overseas travellers like us and the free wifi is really awesome.

Everything is okay.

The location is great. The hotel is budget-friendly. Never tried breakfast yet. Also, if you plan to stay here, no need to bring a lot of clothes because there are coin laundry services for 500 yen.

There were some dust at the bedhead. I think the room size is quite small. You can't open your two pieces of luggage at once, but I think this is Japanese hotel standard so no complaint.

To summarise: this hotel is extremely good value, but also extremely good. Apart from being spotlessly clean, the beds were wider than expected and there was plenty of space to "spread out" and relax. The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. The hotel is less than five minutes by foot from the central entrance of Shin Osaka Station and easy to find due to the prominent signage. I can recommend this hotel without reservation.

The 2 female staffs last Monday were superb. They are excellent employees who really how to address the needs of their clientele. Your company is so fortunate to have them as employees. They earned our outmost respect. The restaurant crews were also amazing

The bathroom was too small

Super friendly staff, really close to shin-osaka station, and the metro. Amenities were solid.

The room size was quite small, a table and chair was added to the room but there wasn't enough space to sit on it with two people's worth of luggage in the room.

Location was near train station Shin Osaka. Room was clean. Checking in and checking out without any problem...

The room was rather small for me my wife and my kid. Toilet was a bit small too but still manageable.

The location and friendly staff.

We knew the bed was going to be small, but would book a larger bed next time. The property was excellent and we will stay here again.

Clean, not expensive. Cozy and quite to rest after sightseeing. Staff are friendly especially at the breakfast buffet area.

The room is a little small even we were just 2 person per room.
