The bathroom was great and the room size is good considering the location. It's a 5 minute walk from the nearest station [ could be even less if you catch a green light at the cross walk]. It's clean and modern and the cleaning staff is very nice and careful with the belongings. The 7/11 downstairs is super convenient. Bed is a good balance of not too soft but not back breaking hard and the usb charging right at the headrest is very useful. But there are not many charging areas available so I recommend bringing an extension cord. There are washing machines on two floors, vending machines and microwaves on one floor and a restaurant. The TV has HDMI and mirorring is also possible. You can walk from the hotel to the "middle" of Shinjuku/to Shinjuku station in about 20 minutes give or take.

This may be common in most hotels in Tokyo but the toilet paper is so thin we had to buy our own. The closet space is also a bit small, so if staying for a long time there's not a lot of place for many clothes.

The property is very well located in Nishi Shinjuku area and clean. The room might be small for certain people but it was very fine in size for us (2 people) and had all the facilities including bathtub, TV, AC, locker, fridge and amenities (toothbrush, comb, etc.). I could open up my big suitcase as well as small one and place all my stuff in the space/wardrobe. There’s enough space under the table to place a big suitcase and two small one. The bed was comfortable. The huge glass windows provided enough light in the room. Fresh towels and even house pyjamas are provided everyday. The room was cleaned everyday and even if you have do not disturb sign, you get new pyjamas placed in front of your room. Extra amenities like coffee, mouthwash, bath-salts etc. were quite smartly placed near reception so guests can take as much as needed and nothing goes waste. They also have washing machine, ice machine in the building. There’s one restaurant/cafe in the building. There is eleven in the same building so you don’t have to go far to shop food and basic stuff. A very well equipped, calm hotel in a good location. I had extremely pleasant 5 nights stay and would recommend the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and approachable for queries. Very accommodating with any needs or requirements you may have. Facilities are great, have 711 located bf1 for your convenience and laundry services and a vending machine to help yourself to. Location is just a 14 min walk to Shinjuku being helpful to skip those peak train commuting periods. With plenty of tasty restaurants in the surround area of the hotel, ramen, izakayas you name it. Room was spacious for Tokyo hotel rooms, bed was comfortable. Rooms kept clean with top up of amenities. Will recommend to any friends.

The customer service was wonderful - the desk attendants were so helpful and lovely. All of the amenities and available products were very high quality and extremely useful. The location is wonderful. The price is amazing, especially when compared to American/international chains. The Hearth restaurant opened during our stay and we had breakfast there twice, which was also wonderful.

As Americans, the mattress and pillows were not exactly what we are used to in terms of comfort. For international visitors, it is definitely good to know this going in.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.prime location, just a few meters from the Hilton train and bus station. They thought of everything; they even provided cosmetics, pyjama’s, hair clips, bath salts

Mattress is hard. Furniture and bathroom are unnecessarily big ; they occupy most of the living space. Mounting the tv on the wall and getting rid of the huge redundant desk & the equally big tv stand would leave a lot of room for suitcases , walking around, cleaning etc. Had to store our suitcases inside the bathtub

Great hotel, feeling and treatments are higher than 3 stars. Fantastic view from the room. Everything was clean, check in very easy and fast. We arrived around midnight and were very tired, the receptionist was very nice and understanding. Great location, only 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station and about 7 minutes to the closest subway. There is a 7 eleven (open 24/7) with access from the hotel.

Nothing.

Everything, politeness and helpfulness of staff. Room was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay again. Not too far from Shinjuku Station either, about a 10 minute walk. Turn right out of the hotel , look for the big Government building (also well worth a visit) and turn left. Then just follow your nose 😀.

Property is on the quieter side of Shinjuku, in Nishi-Shinjuku. For Tokyo standards, the standard hotel room is a good size. The bathroom setup is very nice - the bath and shower can be closed by a door, so that the toilet and basin area do not steam up. The free amenities were good, and I particularly liked that they give you a bath towel, which many hotels do not provide. Also other free amenities and tea/coffee downstairs for you to take. We didn’t need our room made during our stay so had the do not disturb sign up. The caretaker was nice to leave bags of amenities, fresh towels, and water outside our door. Overall happy with our stay here

A little far from main Shinjuku hub (about 20 minutes), but I knew that and decided to stay here as the rooms were bigger
