I love that the hotel is near Shinjuku train station and provides easy access to fast food joints, supermarkets, restaurants, Takashimaya, Isetan and the National Park. Rooms are modern, pretty big and clean, and there are 3 washing machines and drink vending machines located on the 6th, 10th and 14th floor. Reception staff are super friendly, helpful and proficient in English, especially the gentleman Shibahara san who helped us bring our numerous luggage bags to the next-door hotel for the limo bus to the airport. Breakfast spread is surprisingly good and offers a wide range of food, and the restaurant is pleasant and comfy.

The range of amenity kits is small though they offer the basic items like brush/comb, toothbrushes, etc.

I love the location. just next to the station, shopping centre.

The property is not that clean compared to my last visit. the staff used to greet you every time they see you. not anymore. the breakfast always the same.

I loved the location, pretty much next to Shinjuku and have a metro entrance extremely close to the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious which was also one of the reasons for me to book here. During our stay, we were never disturbed by others so I would say the rooms are very well sound isolated. We stayed on floor 10 and we had a great view. Another nice addition was that the washing/drying and a drink vending machine with a decent selection were also located on the same floor. Restaurants and convenience stores were everywhere, one can easily pop in for a quick snack or drink during the late hours of the day.

The only thing I found a bit annoying was the elevators and this is only my two cents on it, but the elevator (two total in the hotel) was very slow after being called. During check-out hours it gets very crowded and when I checked out I had to wait for a good 3-4 pass-bys due to the "rush hour". Of course, there's not much the hotel can do to fix it but just a heads-up when you check out.

Incredibly close to JR Shinjuku, makes it great when traveling with lots of luggage. Friendly and English speaking staff assisted with our issues. Full sized bath compared to other hotels which may be showers only. Comfy beds.

Room is small, and within Shinjuku alone there's a ton of choices that include Onsen access, amenities like free ice cream, jacuzzis, etc (even before talking about love hotels). Very disappointed with a lack of really anything to do, despite this being the most expensive hotel of our stay. Very vanilla hotel, avoid if you are looking for extra Japanese experience such as hot spring access.

1. LOCATION: EXCELLENT!!! It's only 5 minutes walk from the South Gate of the Shinjuku Station and 10' walk to the Takashimaya Times Squares building where many shops and restaurants are located. Even though the hotel is next to the busy Shinjuku Station and surrounding area, I felt relax and peaceful when I got back to the hotel and my room. 2. STAFF: EXCELLENT. The check-in and check-out were quick and painless. We arrived early for the 2pm check-in time but one of our friends got a early check-in since there was a room available. The rest of us got our rooms at 2pm but we were able to check in our luggage and went out to lunch. By the time we got back from lunch, our rooms were ready. We could have our luggage delivered to our rooms but chose to pick them up ourselves. Our of the trainees, LINH, was extremely helpful with making restaurant dinner reservations for us since they are difficult to do since we don't speak Japanese. One early morning, I noticed a gentleman in a nice suit meticulously cleaning the lobby chairs and couches with disinfectant. I wish I remember his name. That makes a big impression on me. This hotel staff really take pride in what they're doing and I'm glad that we stay here. 3. FACILITIES: Very clean. The single room size is big enough for a carry-on and a medium size luggage. The bathroom is spacious which is my preference. The hotel restaurant is big enough to accommodate maybe 50 guests at the same time. It can be a bit crowded after 8am. The food is decent with western and Japanese dishes. You can either pay for breakfast at booking or as you go. The staff is very accommodating.

Spacious, quiet room located 2 mins walk from Shinjuku bus terminal and Shinjuku Station South exit. The room was quite large and very clean and comfortable.Staff were very helpful. A small McDonalds across the street and a Konbini next door. Across from Lumine Dept store and restaurants. Also a restaurant onsite.

Location was perfect. Right in shinjuku but a street behind the busy part. The room size was huge and very comforting. The bath and shower was the reason i booked the room and it did not disappoint. I booked this room for Christmas and it was worth every dollar

Everything was amazing

Not brand new but conveniently located next to Shinjuku train/bus station and the Lumine shopping malls. There is a convenient store and MacDonalds near the hotel for those who need a night snack. Nice touch with daily refills of water bottles. Amenities (to minimise wastage) and umbrella (on loan) available in the lobby. Good western and japanese spread of breakfast.

Mattress was saggy and could be replaced.
