The location was close to the Metro which I needed. I had one personal business matter and their office was 5-7 minutes away. I was also minutes away from my relatives. The locale could not have been more perfect, yet secluded enough to feel safe. It was close to a myriad of restaurants, as well. Staff was cordial and helpful when needed. Speedy refund of security deposit !!!! Inexpensive soda and snacks.

1. The free shuttle service started after I needed to leave. I had to call Uber. 2. Trash disposal seemed non existent. I put my trash in the hall can. Front desk could have informed me of process. 3. Complimentary breakfast I never saw. My departure times may have been the cause. I never knew what time it started. Coffee and tea were always available, however.

Proximity to places I wanted to go and to family.

Signage is not good as it is next to Stay America. It's confusing. It's enough that it's hidden and challenging to find. More signs would be helpful. The toilet in my room, 312, did not flush properly.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I called for the address. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. She talked very low and I didn't hear her. When I asked her to please repeat it, she stated that she didn't have time. She was asked if she wanted me to report her for being so rude then she repeated the address.

I made a request for a balcony room at the time of reservation, and there weren't any more available. Front desk staff offered an apology and reassured me that on my next visit that I will get honored with the room I reservation for.

The room was clean.

The fact that I requested for my linens to be changed at 8am. when I get back to my room, same linen. Notified front desk she said she would contact houesekeeping for linens. Hours later, still no clean linen. I went back down to front desk to notify staff still no clean linen. She had to go to the laundry room and get clean linen for me out of the dryer. Why does a huge hotel not have any clean linen.

The staff was wonderful with my room being ready.The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family 😊😊😊😊😊….

Nothing loved everything

I like that they had hot breakfast. A lot of places are doing bag breakfast. So that was a bonus!

They didn’t have my room available (King Size), so I ended up getting two double beds instead. Also my door got stuck when closing (Room 421) . In order to close the door behind you, you have to scan your key, push door on the handle, then close the door.

Site advertised a heated pool. At check in, found that the pool has been closed for renovations. Would not have booked if known in advance.

I stayed in extended stay right alongside of the comfort in I changed to that following week I wish I had just booked it there for my entire stay The staff was friendly and helpful my room was also clean and cozy and I will be staying there again when I go home to visit

The Cleanliness, the price, the breakfast.

The elevator was broken and I had to walk up three flights of stairs.
