This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, but some time had passed in-between the visits. I really like the location of the hotel (despite the Disney Springs traffic) and the staff were very nice. Check in and check out were quick and easy processes. The room was very clean and very spacious. I really like how the room includes a lot of storage space and the kitchenette as well.

The only thing that I do not like is the parking garage; especially at night. I also wish that new towels would come without having to call. We were there for 4 nights and going to theme parks. Showers were constant and having new towels there would have been nice. But that's just being nit picky. Overall the stay was great.

I really loved the room. We had a king size bed, which included a chair that you can sit to relax in and a computer chair for the desk that had rolly wheels and rocked. Plenty of countertop space! Kitchen was a great addition complete with 2 stove burners, microwave, full size fridge with ice that wouldn't stop being made. Soap for dishwasher and for washing dishes was provided. Bathroom had Dove brand shampoo/conditioner/body wash in full size bottles that was attached to shower wall, locked you can't take it off. Great location, easy to get to places to eat or shop. This is a great room for an extended stay.

Parking garage is not gated, so anyone could go in and out. You can only enter the hotel from the first floor so if you park higher up you take an elevator to 1st floor. No covering between parking garage and the hotel door. So, if it's raining your going to get wet. There was noise from car's stereo's from time to time. But we bring a small fan with us so that helped with any extra noise. Did not like the strobe lights for the smoke detectors. They blinked off and on all night long. Even if you turn away from them, there is a full length mirror on the opposite side so you still see the blinking through the mirror. Just minor things, will defiantly go back to this hotel!

The room was very spacious and the kitchen was nice to have. Great location, close to parks, Disney Springs, walking distance to Starbucks and other restaurants. Price was very affordable given the location and parking was easy, even though you have to pay for it.

Some of the wash cloths in the bathroom were dirty when we arrived. It looked like there was make-up on them. The shuttle service was basically useless, at least for us. The shuttles are very limited and at inconvenient times, especially if you want to get to the parks as early as possible and don't plan to stay at the park all day. The shuttles may be useful for someone who is park-hopping or who doesn't mind getting to the parks later in the morning. The shuttle service was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so to find that it was so limited was disappointing.

Location to Disney Springs was great. Also, I’d like to commend the housekeeping staff for finding my necklace and turned it into the front desk. The front desk held my necklace until I picked it up. I appreciated the honesty and making sure that lost Property got back to the original owner.

Location was great. Size and cleanliness of room was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was well located, close to restaurants and cafes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

If you're a light sleeper, don't stay in room 133. You'll hear doors banging all morning, and it's the hotel office door. Fire alarm also went out at 7am telling us to evacuate the room. It stopped after 10 minutes, no explanation, just ruined our sleep for nothing. Lighting in the room is also very bad, couldn't even open the blinds because the windows open to the swimming pool, no privacy at all. I would definitely stay here again, but never again on the first floor

Great room, very clean and spacious, and has a homey feel. The suite was equipped with all essentials, Dove hygiene products, utensils, cooking equipment, and a clean and empty fridge/freezer. There is a lot of space to put your items and the closet is very big. Staff was friendly and very catering! Overall amazing experience!

I love natural light, however our room was directly in front of the pool, so during the daytime, if there were people in the pool they could see directly in the room. Makes for a very awkward situation and no natural light during the day. Our room was also located next to the laundry room and the washer/dryer (not sure which one) is VERY loud and bangs against the wall!

The cleanliness was my number one priority, and it was met with flying colors. Also, my walking in and off the elevator was alway met with aroma of freshness. The bed and pillows were great, and the staff were always friendly, especially, Dominique, who I met at check-in.

Although, my stay was great, more lightings are needed in the bathroom for ladies to do facial makeup. If I come again, it’s a most that I bring my own makeup mirror. Also, it would be nice to put a can of oil spray in the kitchen area. Being a first timer, the morning after making grocery, I discovered there was no oil to cook the eggs I bought. That was a learning experience. So, I would say just a little added touch as simple as this would mean so much. Thank you.
