The most value of this hotel is the good customer service, friendly and clear communication of this hotel staff. They tried to help you almost everything that you asked for, even help my daughter send the post card to her grandmother cause we couldn't find where is the place sell stamps nowadays. The family room where we stayed has a smart European design, which creating more space for using, with large mirrors with tailoring details such as white towels indoor and gray towels in pool/beach, beach mattress, beach sandals, water bottles, electric kettle, teabags and coffee...

Quite a lot of Russian tourists in the whole areas which can bring mixed up feelings. They took all of sun chairs/loungers most of the time in advance with their towels.

This hotel was perfect for our family. We thought all the facilities were great. The family room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Cleaned to a high standard every day fresh bath towels and beach towels provided. We lived that there was a beach bag, beach mat, flip flops and two large umbrellas provided in the room. The pool area is lovely and was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. This Hotel was also less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and literally just off the main street of Karon where there are lots of bars, restaurants,ships etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My son and I fell ill during our stay and they had a Dr. To our hotel room within 30 minutes. They also organised our taxi to the airport when. We were headed home. Great experience for us all round. Highly recommend.

The bedding smelled sweaty and used - but the lovely cleaning lady changed the pillows that were stained and changed the bedding for us. Much appreciated. Didn't like being within meters of a cellphone tower. If we came back I would want a room much further away.

The staff is so lovely and helpful. The room is clean with a very good scent in it and also all fully equipped - hairdryer, bathrobes, kettle, slippers. Wifi is free and superb. The location is so excellence. This is the most valuable hotel I've experienced.

When we arrived someone had defecated in the children's pool which was very unpleasant. Staff were told but nothing was done and children were entering the dirty pool. I dont know how long it stayed like that but not a good first impression at all.

Lots of useful items provided in the room such as beach towels, a beach mat, umbrellas and flip flops. Rooms are excellent and having a balcony is a positive too, nice to sit out on at night. Location was a huge positive here, just a minutes walk to the beach and even less to the main strip of shops and restaurants.

As with most properties of this quality, the price was higher than most others but for the standard of accommodation, this was worthwhile .

The pillows and bed were comfortable, the location was ideal for walking to the beach, plenty of amenities for beach and swimming trips were provided, and the hotel was of exceptional value. I always enjoyed the swimming pool and had a great balcony view. They even left some adorable towels folded to resemble elephants.

My main issue was that the tiling in the shower was uneven, meaning water did not lead to the drain. This meant that every time you took a shower, a large puddle of cold water would remain. Also, some guests (namely some British and Russians) were sometimes loud, rude, or messy; though this is not the fault of the hotel.

Great location. Can't remember the exact terminology, but the better pool view room on the 4th floor was excellent and spacious. The standard room where we had to spend one night due to availability was fine, but a bit short on space for bags etc. The back side of the hotel also a bit noisy with Karon nightlife. Best features were short walk to the beach and restaurants and town life just up the short lane. Staff helpful with arranging ride to next location.

The two slight negatives above . No restaurant, only breakfast (but multiple options just outside). A bit big and crowded around pool, lifts etc.

The size of the room and bed was big and a good size balcony. Really liked the location in walking distance of many places (massages, restaurants, 7/11, beach) also have a beach blanket in the room you can borrow. It was my partners birthday so I always appreciate when hotels acknowledge and they displayed a lovely welcome in the towel shapes and flower petals.

The gym is very small with minimal equipment and a fan instead of air con but as long as no more than 2 or 3 people at a time you can still achieve a functional work out.

We’ve been here in 2017 and due to COVID policy and difficulties visiting Thailand decided to choose something familiar and tested. it was good as we imagined:) We needed to change our room for more quiet one and the stuff was really helpful. Room had everything you need: bath robe, beach towels, 2 pairs of flip-flops, rattan, umbrellas (came very handy one day). Breakfast is nice and simple. I’m still in love with their danish buns with jam since 2017 actually ☺️ Can eat only them all day long. GYM is another great advantage of this hotel. Yes, it is small and does not have big variety of machines. But you definitely can train there with comfort. So, basically this place is still good despite all the time passed. Not a luxurious one, but nice and welcoming. Great location, you can find bike rent, tours to Samui, Phangan (etc), fruits, 7eleven just across the street. Take a bike and go and see Kata beach, Kamala beach, Nai Harn and many many other beautiful places.

The first room we got was looking to the road so it was kind of noisy, but we easily changed it. Also some rooms definitely need renovation and not every room has full size mirrors.
