Self contained with everything you need. Little touches, like clothes washing tablets and condiments. Very comfortable bed. Clean and in an excellent location The management company gave me a ground floor apartment upon request as I have some mobility issues. When we had trouble with access codes- our fault, they responded within 5 minutes which was reassuring.

I asked for some information regarding the airport bus. When provided it was not totally accurate ( I checked the bus stop myself later on). This was not an issue but could have been important. I do appreciate however, that communication in a language that is not ones own can be tricky. After the stay I was contacted and asked if my stay was ok-to which I replied in the affirmative. Afterwards I was sent 2 additional texts 'reminding me' to rate the stay and to give them a 10 score. This is both unnecessary and irritating. Because the apartment is in the basement and no useable windows a very noisy cooling machine had to be kept on all the time to keep it cool. In addition, it smelt a bit musty. Would I stay there again? Maybe?!

We celebrated the New Year in this apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable in the rooms. A separate bathroom and a separate kitchen are very convenient for living. The large room has two beds with large mattresses. The bed is clean. The beds are comfortable. The price was very pleasing for such conveniences. The staff could not be seen, so I had the impression that this was my private apartment;) Everything is just wonderful!

The welcome snacks provided is a sweet surprise to us after hours of travel. The apartment is as exquisite as the pictures. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. The deco style is so desirable. It is good price for a family of 4 with excellent location in the old town with easy acess to everywhere. I love this place and would definitely recommend or come back.

New solid-quality furnishings and appliances. Very clean and pleasant. Conveniently located within short walk of both the bus station and the center of the old town. Good staff.

No complaints unless there on an unusually hot evening. Then one needs to choose between opening the windows, allowing in moderate-volume conversations from the Internet Cafe down the street and the occasional sounds of a vehicle driving over cobblestones next to the bedroom windows, or just sleeping hot. A strong fan is provided, but it isn't whisper-quiet at the lowest setting. Hence, I guess, the provided ear plugs. Still, an excellent place. The Internet Cafe street chatter is inaudible, if the windows are shut, and had ended both nights by midnight or 1am.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable...had everything you needed for a city break . Extra towels and robes were available. The staff were excellent and responded to messages very quickly. Lovely to be able to leave your luggage in the office when you are checking out and have a late flight.

The stairs were a bit tricky to navigate round the spiral with cases in hand...also the entrance door was very heavy to open...hard when you have had luggage and bags. But fair to say...the photos on the site did show the staircase so you knew what to expect! Everything else was fine.

The stuff is very helpful, friendly and supportive. Even in the middle of the night: Our code was not working and the battery of the door locker was empty. The stuff (they are not present, the communication takes place online) did everything they could that we could enter. The room is stylish, especially the bed and kitchen utilities. Very good value for the price.

The street in old Riga is quiet but in the night there are strange people hanging around, which made us feel somewhat unsafe. In summer the room temperature can get quite warm. There is no air conditioning. A ventilator in the room helps a bit but it’s so load that you will not be able to sleep if you switch it on.

The location is ideal, the apartment is large and well equipped, the temperature was nice. The staff was very kind and checked on us regularly.

The bed matters was a little too soft and the fridge was noisy at some times. The streets were noisy at night and in the morning so we had to sleep the windows closed. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine inside the apartment, to avoid going down and up the deadly stairs in pajamas in the morning.

Considering that it is an old town, the overnight stay was very quiet. Bed was super comfortable. The apartment was large, well-kept and cozy. The design of the apartment and the arrangement of things are perfectly thought out. Everything was very logical. Thanks to the good location of the apartment, everything was very close. I would like to thank the owner of the apartment. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely visit again.

The apartment did not have a parking space, but I could park in the paid parking lot right next to the house, which was relatively expensive (24h 22€, 08:00 - 18:00 15€ and 18:00 - 08:00 7€). But whoever does the preliminary work better will definitely find a cheaper parking spot. For example, 24-hour parking at the Circle K station near the President's Castle costs €11. Just in case, I would like to add that this was not a criticism of the apartament owner, but rather information for new guests.

Perfect location in a quiet area on the outskirts of Old Town Riga and in walking distance of all sights. We received easy to understand instructions on how to enter the rooms (we loved the pin codes instead of keys) on Whatsapp before arrival. Staff were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. We arrived before our rooms were ready, but they'd already informed us, that we could store our luggage in their office. They then texted us, when the rooms were ready. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. Very clean and spacious, and the bed was wonderful to sleep in. We didn't cook or use the washing machine, but the fridge is so nice to have for cold drinks and breakfast. If you need groceries, my advice would be to use the giant Rimi Hypermarket in the Origo shopping center less than a 10 minute walk away. The value for money in this place is off the charts, and I am usually hard to please :-)

These are in no way complaints, so take it as a heads up. The mean it, when they tell for before booking, that the stairs are really steep, and getting a heavy suitcase up to our room was a test. There's no airconditioning (again, we knew that beforehand), but there is a floor fan, that you can use. We didn't need it, so no biggie for us, but I can imagine it can get quite warm during a heat wave. Also, if you want to watch TV, it's a smallish one, but there's an excellent selection of channels and streaming services.

The bed was very comfortable . Exceptionally clean !Location is perfect, apartment is perfect. New and clean furniture, amenities, etc. Nice room design (exactly as on photos) and extras like an umbrella, slippers, tea, etc.All those little details made us to feel like home. I can highly recommend! Every single detail was perfect! Including... everything!The stuff was available on wats app, and very helpful in everything.Check in and check out was as smooth as can be. We would certainly book again..
