The room was exactly as advertised, something of a novelty on booking.com these days. Room was clean very comfortable beds crisp clean bedding and towels, great shower and good aircon. Hotel is close to old town 10 mins along river boardwalk with monitor lizards and otters enjoying the sun.many restaurants close by and a 7/11 next door. Nice breakfast included in the price.

The room was only missing a fridge to keep water cold. Staff were great except for one who appeared to manage breakfast room, he never acknowledged any greeting, never spoke, never smiled and seemed to spend most of his time on his phone. Booking.com ask for photos to share but I have not included any as they never publish when I put photos on negative reviews.

The front counter staff Mr Alif is really good and gave us advice on where to go, advised us not to use our car due to road closures and where to walk to Jonker Street Night Market. He even reminded us to pay the Majlis parking to avoid getting summoned which the authority regularly visits the area more than 6 times per day. The rooms were awesome, connected with other rooms. We booked a family room and standard rooms. Huge nice bathroom, awesome showers. This hotel is located at a really convenient location, walking distance to Sungai Melaka board walk and The Shore mall except that parking may be hard to find due to the area is really happening. Got a lift, that's important to our elders. Breakfast served was nasi lemak, mee goreng, hash browns, sausages, bread and butter, even had egg stations oh wow. Will definitely repeat staying here again in the future.

Surprisingly our standard rooms didn't have a mini fridge, just emptied cabinet. But the family room did have a mini fridge. Maybe they can add salads with dressing to add more greens to the already good breakfast. At least any vegetarian visitors will be happy as well.

Location was ideal and walking distance to most of the tourist spots with nearby establishments such as convenience store, grocery, laundromat and eateries. Staffs were all attentive, approachable and professional. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and very soft linens. Online photos showed that there's a window in the room I booked but I still messaged the hotel to confirm it. No waiting time to use the lift unlike other bigger hotels based on the reviews. Breakfast was repetitive but decent and well-organized.

Wifi connection could be improved as it gets very slow especially at night when all the guests are back. Provide more than one tissue roll in the room. Some walls in the room need to be repainted to look cleaner and to remove the dust on some parts with glass such as the top of the headboard and countertop of the fridge.

The location is at the center of Melaka at the shop lot area. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. There are lot of parking spaces. The building looks neat and clean. Bedsheet and pillows are super comfort. The room is clean and so is the toilet. They provide toiletries as well.

We need to pay for the parking coupon ourselves. The staff asked if we brought along our car or not and even asked for the plate number; thought that the car will be exempted from paying the parking coupon. However, we ended up getting a summon ticket. There is no mini fridge provided.

Our stay at Mio Boutique Hotel was very pleasant. We received a very friendly welcome as soon as we arrived. Throughout the stay, the entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is extensive and exceeded our expectations. We were all very satisfied and will definitely return to Mio Boutique Hotel in the future.

Room is clean, hot water heater is good, bed is comfortable. 2 bottle of drinking water is provided in the room. Oh I really like the big big window where I can see all The Shore infront of me. It's walking distance only. Many food at night around here. Breakfast was also provided at Swiss Garden Hotel. Super! Love it!

It's the parking. They should have provided since there are private parking just opposite the hotel. Big spaces. But they say I have to pay the parking. Well the parking in front of the hotel belongs to the Town Council and you can pay by coupon or download the parking App. Well, you will find the notice board nearby. One hour is Rm0.60 only. I think this price, am sure the hotel will afford it and it will be a added benefits. Perfect!

Excellent location and good value with breakfast included. Very helpful staff. Clean modern rooms. Many local and international restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, as well as the main tourist sites in Malacca.

Nothing to dislike. As its name suggests, it’s a boutique hotel so do not expect additional facilities beyond a comfortable place to sleep. The wifi was not working, but the problem was fixed straight after we reported it.

Although its budget hotel, but have elavator. The location with main attraction near kg morten, near 4,5 star hotel with mall, convenient shop just beside the door, 7e, 99speed mart, restaurant,mamak.etc my stay only less than rm70 but the facility amazed me. specially buffet breakfast included. I used to stay at budget hotel whenever travel but this hotel just awesome. Beyond my expectation. .. 👍👍👍

My sisters had the room front facing. Their view was unobstructed with morning sun thru the windows. The hotel is flanked by 7eleven on one side and a minimart on the left. A nasi khandar stall on the left and malay kopitiam on the far right. With a guardian and hp store in btween. The Shore Mall is on the far left. The site is just right.

My sisters are happy. I got no complaints.

Management must keep going to serve breakfast Like Last Time i stayed.. cause here Just have mamak stall in the end of building.. cause everything for room, cleanliness already good..
