very spacious, quiet room. Aircon and wifi worked well, friendly reception, parking in front of house, top location in Chinatown and near the Melaka river and all that at a very good price. Kettle for hot drinks, water and coffee for free. A few coffee shops for eating just accross of the hotel, but only for breakfast and lunch , a 7-eleven convenience shop not far away.

all is a bit old and ageing, but what to expect for that relatively cheap price ? Lightening in room could have been better for reading. Nothing open nearby at evening, only 7-eleven convenience shop nearby.

Second time here. Friendly reception, spacious big rooms, all works well, quiet area, but close to Melaka river. Room furniture modern. Have kettle, coffee, water.

Well, hotel is a bit old, need painting outisde, corridors a bit old and bathroom, but what would you expect for that very reasonable room rate ? Other similar more updated hotels would cost much more...

We booked last minute on booking.com. We arrived a little past 6pm and plenty of parking available in front of the hotel at no charge. More roadside parking lots available, although these require tickets or parking payments via Melaka app. The location is great, walking distance to Jonker Street and a few good eateries and tourist sites. The room is spacious, sorry I didn't take a picture when we checking in but didn't make much a mess. Basic requirements are available. A kettle with 3-in-1 coffee sachets with 2 mugs on the dresser counter. There was 2 power sockets for you to charge your phone or work on your laptop comfortably. The room didn't have a wardrobe but there was a hanger bar for you to hang your clothes and keep your luggage. There was two bedside light and a floor lamp, all of which were dim and didn't work too well. By design or not I am.not sure, but it didn't bother us at all. We wanted sleep only 😅 The LCD TV had all the local channels and was mounted on the wall. You could watch from bed but it was mounted a little too high IMHO. The bed was comfortable. There were four pillows on the queen size bed and they were fluffy. The sheets were also nice and comfortable. There were no chairs apart from the one by the dresser. The air-conditioning was a little noisy, I guess the hotel could fix this up, but it worked well cooling up the room. The curtains was nice a thick, suitable to black out outside light if your planning to sleep in. The bathroom was very basic, although spacious. There was a toilet, a sink and shower unit. No tub and nor shower curtain. There was one tiny soap bar provided. I am not going to say this is a negative thing because the price was so worth the money. RM49 for the room with double bed, so I appreciate the no-frills treatment for this price. Bottom line - worth the money and spacious and comfortable.

There were some upgrading works going on so it was kinda dusty.

Location was perfect , just a 5 minute walk to the River, staff friendly and pleasant, adequate for our needs of a 2 night stay,

Bathroom needs a make over, although was clean, the black on the tiles make it uninviting, chairs/table needed for balcony, a bonus would of been something english for breakfast rather than just toast, maybe some eggs

Great location, walking distance to famous LONGKANG SIHAM. Exceptional friendly front desk staff, very empathy on the needs for people with disabilities. Fully accessible for wheelchair user form parking to room. Simple yet delicious breakfast provided.

the room was really spacious, as was the bathroom, and the shower had a curtain so there was plenty of room unlike a lot of hotels we’ve stayed in. the room was clean & the beds were comfy

the wifi was really bad

the room was nice, extra space especially for a big family

the air conditioner. need an extra HP for a big/ family room.

Comfy bed, clean room and the staff was very nice and friendly. They have security taking care of the vehicles at night which was really great!
