There was a huge pool and the hotel was located on the beach, The staff were friendly. The rooms were modern and clean Breakfast was good, served by a robot but limited daily cooked choice. It's a nice hotel. Good location to other restaurants as well but for a quiet break it is ideal.

There is construction starting next door, which was generating noise from 9-5 hopefully it will be completed soon. The staff need to be trained fully, beer needs to be served chilled or not at all The resort is ready for some external painting

The support from the staff is beyond amazing. Always 24 hrs be available for help. The room is spacious and near the beach. The food for breakfast is amazing. Quiet and calm scenery. The pool is huge! And you got to enjoy nice beach view when having breakfast coz the cafe is facing the beach.

Its best if they state in the website they dont offer buffet style breakfast. I saw a lot of people feeling agitated that they have to pay rm75 for very limited food for breakfast.

The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I really cant praise the staff highly enough. If anything needed fixed it was promptly rectified without question. The location of the hotel was really good and the private access to the beach was excellent. The pool view rooms were spotless and comfortable.

All of the facilities listed on booking.com were not available. The restaurant and bar were closed. You could only order room service between 08:00 - 10:00. 12:00 - 14;00 and 18:00 - 20:00. This ment we had to order food in to suit our needs. The pool bar was open from 16:00 - 20:00 but after this time only room service was available. The toilet in our room blocked and the wardrobe doors jammed meaning we couldn't access some of our clothes. The shop in the hotel was closed and never opened during our stay. When we arrived all of the electric in the hotel was off due to a power issue.

We stayed at a private villa. The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable, just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The pool is good but most notable because we didn't smell like chlorine every time we bathed.

Bright lights at night, cold and warm white, no standard is observed, the pathways and gardens have so much light, we had to close the curtains which prevented the air flowing. You really don't need that much light outside at night. After a stormy and rainy day, the shower outside was dirty, and the sink was clogged. After three days, we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The breakfast buffet was scarce and not worth the 75 MYR they requested. Bad instant coffee, can't get good coffee anywhere not even paying.

The rooms are completed with the amenities, very clean and comfortable. View are great too

Breakfast too less choice and is when we went by 8.30 the food is running out and slow in refilling. No ready table for us to seat and have our meal. No one lead us to our seat. We only seated at dirty table and move the dirty plate to a side

Good bed - though a little short for tall people. Good quality sheets and bath towels (small towel for hair would be useful). Blackout curtains to aid long lie. Generally quiet - pool bar opens at 4pm and they play music. Nicely sized room with separate areas for bath, shower, toilet, vanity. Good view from top floor, pool view room, to beach. Friendly, helpful staff. All were wearing masks. Special offer rate was good value, but not sure full price is.

Breakfast is a set price and too expensive. Tiling around pool is too hot for bare feet. Only one set of steps out of pool - away from loungers. Visited during Ramadan and it was very quiet and limited services. Access to some snacks and drinks would be good. Particularly at the beach restaurant.

The location is excellent at the quieter end of the resort. The breakfast was great and served in the beach side restaurant. Staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. The beach is safe and relatively quiet with free beach beds for guests. Being right on the beautiful beach was a bonus.The swimming pools and grounds are fantastic. The rooms have filtered drinking water which was very welcome. We would definately stay here again.

The room furniture and fittings were a little dated and the air con noisy. We had two rooms, a villa and a beach side apartment. They are good sized comfortable rooms overall, but one TV kept losing signal and in both rooms the air con was too noisy to leave on at night. But the rooms were clean and beds comfortable and overall we were very happy.

it has beach front and pool front as options to stay..I stayed at beach front which was a prime location. staff were very helpful and eager to assist. breakfast was great, many options to chose from, and it was held right at the beach to experience a good quality time while enjoying listening to the waves and viewing sand!

I struggled to find trash containers to dispose off trash, and the ones I found were small trash cans in hidden places (you have to look for them). one more thing is the pool towels; it would be more convenient to have pool towel counter at the beach front section and another one at the pool front section! other than that, it was an amazing experience, thank you!
