The property was in an amazing location. And there was security guarding the entrances at all hours that monitored who came in and out of the property which made us feel extremely safe. The staff was beyond helpful especially Mishel who went above and beyond to make sure we had the most seamless, fun and easy trip we could have ever imagined. The rooms were much more spacious than expected and the common areas were so beautiful. Mishel was able to book us transportation, dinner reservations and even went out of his way to invite us to a party at night. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely come back to Casa Teka for my next stay in Tulum. There was even a private cenote in the back with a restaurant, an amazing coffee shop on site and surrounded by the most beautiful stores. I can't thank you enough Mishel, thank you thank you thank you!!

Truly nothing.

Everything! Great location in the hotel zone, the design of the hotel gives you a real Tulum vibe, the rooms are big and well designed. There is a lovely cenote on site which is free to use, you also get free access to Bagatelle & Vagalume beach clubs which is another bonus. I also like that you have access to the bikes. There is an amazing roof top view of the Forest/jungle which is beautiful when the sun is setting. The main host/receptionist Pili is so lovely & helpful, she helped with our transfer back to Tulum and is always available via WhatsApp if you need her.

My only fault is that there is only an overhead shower and no shower caps provided, so if like me you don’t want to wash your hair every time you shower it is a bit annoying.

All of the staff is sooo very pleasant, kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, confortable and clean. The location is great if you want to party at Tulum beach. The private cenote is the cherry on the top. Great value for money at an expensive place life Tulum Hotel area!

On the day of our check-out we asked if we could take the bicycles out for a ride until 3pm. Wasn't possible. Very strict rules.

Casa Teka was above and beyond our expectations. The level of service was phenomenal and the location was ideal, we would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. It was my boyfriend's 30th birthday and on arrival, they had beautifully decorated the room which was really thoughtful and unexpected. The room was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom/shower was luxurious. Every morning we went down to the cenote to have a delicious breakfast and a swim (the staff at the restaurant were really lovely as well!) The hotel is in the perfect location, within walking distance of the best restaurants and venues. You also have access to a gorgeous, high-end beach club just over the road. We used the free bikes on a couple of occasions which was great. I honestly can't say enough about this place, we fell in love with it but the thing that stood out the most was the service, everyone was SO friendly, welcoming and helpful. We felt genuinely sad leaving! We'll be back but definitely go if you can!!

First, the staff was INCREDIBLE. They helped with every detail during our stay, allowed us to check in early, helped us get some items we forgot to pack, and arranged for a driver and doctor when we had to make an emergency visit to the hospital. The manager was available during all hours via whatsapp and made our dream vacation happen so smoothly. Also, the housekeeping was incredible and went above and beyond to make our room feel spotless and organized every day. Our room and the hotel facilities were beautiful. You really feel like you're in the middle of the jungle, but with all the amenities to make it feel luxurious. The photos do not do the hotel justice. The location was amazing -- you really can't be in a better spot if you want to go to all the beach clubs and fun restaurants. Max 10 minutes walk to everywhere you'd want to be.

We found several bugs in the room, but it is to be expected when you're sleeping in the jungle.

they don’t really have a swimming pool, you can use the one at baggatell (next side of the road), but baggatell will try always to change you.

We went for our honeymoon and the place is amazing!!! The service was allways on point and for everything that we asked they provided for us… We loved the location as it was in the heart of Tulum Beach… we had everything, from good restaurants, amazing beach clubs and extra happening nightlife. The hotel has its own cenote which was a super bonus!!!! We loved it so much!! We would definitely stay again.

The only thing that I would improve is the soundproofing. We didn’t noticed it until the last night that we stayed in because of early flight… we could here the music from nearby clubs… not too intense but enough to notice.

Casa Teka was phenomenal. From the staff, cleanliness of the room and 5 star service, it exceeded my expectations. Whenever we had an issue/question/help we could text the front desk and they would answer immediately, it was fantastic. Also loved the coffee bar they had where I would get a cup of amazing coffee and sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Again, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, it just that it happens to be in the party location of Tulum where the bars/clubs play music late in the night, so you just have to manage your expectations of not going to bed early, and why would you anyway?! You're on vacation!

The rooms were very bohemian. The direct access to the cenote was a outstanding! The receptionists Michelle and Pili made everything they could to make a great birthday dinner for my wife! The reservation was quick and everything was organized. Thanks again! Even the walk to the beach club took us 2min. The beach club Bagatelle was great! Directly at the beach, good drinks & food. The staff were great as well.

We couldn’t really sleep one night because of the party noise. That’s the only thing.

Casa Teka is a HIDDEN GEM! This hotel is hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Spacious, beautifully designed, and gorgeous well-kept grounds, this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to stay in Tulum whether with a big group or just a couple of people. Right next to all of the fun restaurants and clubs along the beach strip. And a big plus that we get access to Bagatelle for the beach. Not to mention the private cenote!

A breakfast package would be nice!
