Hotel has amazing location, houses are just few metres from the beach. Beach has enough of sunbeds and pillows, white soft sand. Beach bar (very unique white design and lot of Instagram spots) with very friendly staff offers variety of great coctails, smoothies and very nice food. Breakfast is served in nearby restaurant Juanita Diavola - you can choose eggs the way you like, or pancakes, or yoghurt with fruits or French toast, together with daily juice and filtered coffee. There is also grocery 450m away and liquer shop 50m away. Rooms are cleaned daily. Also, upon arrival after long flight from Europe, we were helped with getting better room and we could check-out one hour later, very hospital staff. Prices were reasonable, compared to other more expensive hotels and restaurants nearby.

The biggest problem was the sea weed. There was too much of it on the beach, even though staff constantly cleaned it away. It was less pleasent to swim in there. But this is the problem of whole coast there, not particularly of this hotel. Also, water in the shower was bit salty, it is impossible to wash hair properly. Beach bar didnt offer coffee. Rooms dont have fridge.

We stayed here for 9 nights and it was a really great stay! The staff was really friendly - especially Mario! :) My partner and I had a doubleroom with garden view and we had a large terrace. Breakfast was very good (in the restaurant 10 m near coco hotel). To the beach you just have to go a few steps and you are directly in the beach club also.

Directly in our area (which was the area of ​​the beach club) you were not allowed to consume any drinks etc. you had brought with you, which is of course to be expected in the tourist area, but would also be relatively expensive for 9 days if you handled it like this every day). So we also lay down in the other area of ​​the Coco Hotel where consumption was allowed.

Everything about this place was beautiful. The white walls and the nature, waking up to the sound of birds and hearing the ocean. The bed was comfy and there was a full size mirror which was a plus. Cleaning staff were very prompt and provided clean linen and towels everyday. The reception staff were the most helpful especially Mattias , thankyou so much for always being there when we needed you. In additon, theres a part every sunday at the beachbar which was so much fun and made our stay memorable. We stayed there for one week and honestly I would go back to cocotulum again just cause of the comfort and positive energy you feel in that hotel. Also did not want to miss the breakfast everymorning, which started off our day just right!

nothing, it was perfect!

our cabana was on the beach where we could watch the water and sunrise in the morning. the room was quite large and always very clean. Staff did a fantastic job of maintaining the property every day. Hotel was in the ideal location - between the major hotspots of Tulum beach but not right in the thick of it. German and Maties (concierge) were super helpful.

It really needed a refrigerator and another ceiling fan. unfortunately the beaches were full of seaweed, which was a common problem throughout the area. Citronella and mosquito spray for the room would be helpful.

it’s a great beachfront location, we booked last minute and had a really great deal - most huts are within the complex - we were very lucky and had pole position right overlooking the beach

The place is a little rundown, the beach bar cafe is limited and closes at 6pm Breakfast is in a separate cafe on the roadside at the front of the property which is noisy and the inclusive breakfast is not great - would be much better if they served breakfast on the beach cafe obviously!!!

Great location and close to the main supermarket. All rooms are just 30 seconds from the beach and you can hear the sea during the night which is really relaxing. Breakfast is good and you can order it at your own room for free. Prices in the beach bar are reasonable as well.

The roof could be more secure as there are small holes which make it easier for mosquitos to come in. However we did not have any problem during the night due to high wind

Very cozy quiet atmosphere and a really good place to disconnect from the city

They charge you as there were a very luxury place. The units are very basic, lights and AC are very low, just one outlet in the whole unite, breakfast when is included you can only choose one option from the first 5 dishes from the menu, wife could be very high speed or very low depending your unit location mine unfortunately was very low.

The room was excellent and really loved it which was a few steps away, so cosy and refreshing. The best part were the staff (Cecilia, Mathias, Rodrigo & Mario) who were so friendly and helpful, always giving me tips on places to go eat, drink and visit. Hotel location is near all the famous restaurants, clubs, bars plus the town centre was 15 mins away.

The free breakfast options were limited, if you wanted to try the other options on the menu you had to pay for it.

Property was very clean and the hotel is in a great location. The beach is very nice and the sunbeds are very comfortable. The staff was also so nice and very helpful. Whenever we had a question, the receptionists helped us out! We would definitely recommend Coco Tulum Beach Club Hotel if you’re looking for a tranquil stay in Tulum Beach!

The beds are quite hard but not uncomfortable

Amazing location, right on the beach. Originally booked one of the clay huts which fit right in with the boho, natural vibe of Tulum but after waking up in a pool of sweat the first night I realized this type of room is not for me..lol. There are AC's in this room but didn't do much to cool down the room with a straw hut. Switching rooms was very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Servers at the beach bar were the best.
