Oasis Hotel & Spa

The hotel is in a great location near to the beach. Check-in was simple, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was traditional Moroccon, there was also freshly made omelette's and thick pancakes. The pool was great, it was cool, but the weather was hot, so it was very welcoming after a day out. The room was clean, we had a view of the pool and a little baloney. The staff changed the towels every day and cleaned, and made the bed.

I hate to say anything bad, but the hotel is near to a nightclub, the noise from there is awful, it is so loud, and spoils a fantastic hotel.

The hotel was located right by the beach but the only downfall was it was very loud at night because of blaring music. Another very off putting feature was the tour guide who is stationed in the lobby trying to sell us different activities and tours which we not interested in at all. But every time we enter or leave the hotel it seemed like he was waiting for us he just wouldn’t take No for an answer. The breakfast was good. The pool was amazing

Really nice members off staff, which included check in desk staff called Mohammed, Rachid the tour guide and Hannan the spa manager. The security were always really polite and helpful when needed. Hôtel was very safe at all times and was in a great location with a 60 second walk to the beach. I have been here 3 times now and will continue as the stay is brilliant.

The baths could do with some shower matts as they can be quite slippy and dangerous.

the people of the hotel were really friendly. they cleaned the room everyday. the pool was also very clean. the breakfast was amazing, we really loved the self made msemen. Also a shout out to Rachid the tour guid, who organised the trips. he was very friendly and always smiling. also the guy from the shop, he was always super friendly and would always say hi with a genuinely smile !!!

the chairs at the terras (the blues one) should change, bc they look a little old. but other then that it was perfect!!

The hotel was very clean and well kept, including the pool area. Very generous breakfast buffet with all types of food available. Very friendly and approachable staff who worked hard. Security good at all times of day and night - no disruption by the nightclub below. Excellent value for money.

The location of my room at the back - not quiet at all from morning until around 7 in the evening, due to air ventilation from the hotel next door. I rarely stayed in the room during the day, so it was not a big issue. I´m very happy to stay again at Oasis, but I will definitely book a room facing the pool or sea. Another issue was all the roadwork that was taking place all over the city - not the hotel´s fault, but did make it a little trickier to walk around safely.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was good only that oriental breakfast should be added. Asked the reception to allocate us a room that was free from noise and they did. Enjoyed a good night sleep for 7 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel. Easy to book excursions with Rashid at the hotel. Muhammad at the souvenir shop was so friendly. Enjoyed our stay at Oasis Hotel & Spa

breakfast good pool area was good and size offthe pool was good hotel very clean and staff very helpful very easy to get to the beach and restaurants and supermarket atthe top off the street also close to bus station so you could get buses to other areas and also bus to airport which took the same time as a taxi and cheaper

no kettle so couldnt have drink if needed also no shelf in bathroom in shower to put soaps and shampoo on

It started not well. 1 night 🌙😴,,but they were gracious and we were patient,,so it was good ,and yes we would return ! The staff were wonderful, allowing us to have a wonderful time. Thanks and have a blessed holiday 🙏😊

Why complain when you ask and they return 🤔😏🙄. Everything works out for us if we are prepared for the world.
