Room is good, big and clean. Facilities are okay, location is super. Area is very quite and close to the seaside. Hotel meets all the basic needs.

Maybe price should be lower.

Friendly and very helpful staff, good location with local shops and supermarkets within walking distance, good value for money for a short stay. A quick piece of advice: arrange your own shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, etc, because they don't supply these in the bathroom. But they provide hand & bath towels and toilet paper.

The location is great and the staff is nice and helpful. There is a TV in the room and my room had a cute little balcony. The bathroom was quite spacious.

The facility would just need a little renovation and it would be perfect. The wifi was not very good but i could still watch videos with an ok quality, so its not the worse.

Everything, the staff were superb, the location was perfect, and everything else was very good for a budget hotel.

The manager, and all his staff, were the best that I have encountered. Great people, and a great budget hotel.

All the workers are really nice. The rooms are quite nice and clean. There is a cafè who belongs to the hotel. They make the best tea and coffee.

There are some times problem with hot water. Its some times too cold. But so soon I tell them, they help me with every things.

I like the personnel in particular. Everyday I visited the hotel cafe for a croissant with coffee which was perfect for a small breakfast in this sunny warm climate. The cafe operates between 8am. and 11pm.

Sometimes I had troubles with my wifi at the hotel room, but only for a short time.

Third night completed and yet again the highlight were the staff! They seem to go above and beyond their duties. I left my room in a bit of a tip due to having a busy night last night and and having early start this morning. Came back to a pleasant surprise - a spotless room again and all my clothes folded up. El Faqir at the reception was also as helpful and charming as ever.

I wouldn’t say it’s the best facilities in the world but the management must be proud of the staff here and perhaps consider a pay rise for them!

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 nights. The thing I must stress is that the staff are brilliant. If anything needs sorting out they help a lot. The cafe downstairs is very convenient too. It’s open during all the waking hours. The receptionist El Faqir Mohammed is very polite. He smiles all the time and offers to help even if everything is fine The women who take care of the maintenance in the building are amazing. Very humble and diligent

The staff were really helpful especially the receptionist El Faqir Mohammed. The cleaners kept the rooms and building very clean at all times. They cleaned my room every day when I left the building for lunch. The location is absolutely perfect for the major tourist needs. The seaside, shopping areas, the big mosque, restaurants, banks, cash exchange, Coach station, everything within walking distance..

nowhere to drink coffee in morning. I had to walk to the Odyssey hotel (about 3 minutes walk, there is a coffee machine with very good coffee). and the pillows are filled with firewood, my head ached from the hard contact
